The validity period of each membership pass may vary depending on:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Galaxy Joy\u2019s policies; and\/or<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Partnership programs with individual partners from time to time.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. General terms<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.1. Galaxy Joy reserves the right to amend or update these Terms &amp; Conditions. Any changes will be announced on the SkyJoy app and\/or official website.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.2. Galaxy Joy shall not be responsible if a member fails to activate the code in accordance with the instructions or within the validity period of the code (if applicable).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.3. The provision and use of priority benefits are subject to actual operational conditions at airports and\/or airline regulations at any given time, including but not limited to infrastructure, service capacity, and airport operational status.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.4. Galaxy Joy shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to flight schedule changes, flight cancellations, changes in airline operating policies, or requirements imposed by competent authorities.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.5. Galaxy Joy reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership pass benefits in the event that a member is found to engage in fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the membership pass.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.6. Membership pass benefits are non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.7. The activation and usage process for products\/services may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Galaxy Joy\u2019s policies to improve user experience.
