Where do I pick up the package?

Customers can receive the packages through partnership programs offered from time to time, including but not limited to: participating in partner promotional programs; receiving the package as a benefit bundled with a product or service; or purchasing or registering for the package through distribution programs run by partners. Details on how to obtain the packages will be announced on SkyJoy's communication channels or those of the respective partners.

How do I activate the package?

1 Enjoy your privileges now
- Immediately after activation, you will enjoy the privileges included in your service package (not the full benefits of the corresponding tier) on the SkyJoy app and when using Vietjet flight tickets throughout the package's validity period.

2 Distribution terms
- The Gold Lite and Diamond Lite packages are offered through specific programs and distribution partners during each period. Eligibility, distribution methods, and accompanying benefits are determined by each partner.

3 Activation period
- The activation period for each Gold Lite or Diamond Lite package code is set according to the program of the issuing partner. Customers must activate the code within the validity period announced in the relevant program.

4 Usage period
- Once successfully activated, the usage period of the Gold Lite or Diamond Lite package will follow the term specified by each partner program (for example, 30 days or 90 days). For details on activation and usage periods, please refer to the program's terms and conditions or contact the package's issuing party directly.
Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions for the Gold Lite and Diamond Lite upgrade packages will be listed in the upgrade packages section of the SkyJoy app, in accordance with the policies and partnership programs in effect with partners from time to time.
