Buy SkyPoint

To redeem rewards when their SkyPoint balance is insufficient, members can purchase extra SkyPoint in two ways:

The prices applicable from October 16, 2023

1. Purchase SkyPoint during the reward redemption process on the SkyJoy app or website: https://skyjoy.vietjetair.com/redemption:
During redemption, members can purchase additional SkyPoint for which they are insufficient at VND 400 per SkyPoint (excluding VAT).

2. Purchase SkyPoints using the "Buy SkyPoint" feature on the SkyJoy app:
Members can choose from the point packages:

VND 1,000,000

(Excluding VAT)

Point Package 2

5,500 SkyPoints

VND 2,200,000

(Excluding VAT)

Point Package 3

11,000 SkyPoints

VND 4,400,000

Conditions of application:

  1. Members can only purchase points for themselves and cannot transfer them to other members.
  2. SkyPoint or purchased point packages are non-refundable and are only valid for redemption.
  3. Used SkyPoint cannot be refunded.
  4. SkyPoint do not have an expiration date and will change over time based on SkyJoy's terms and conditions.
  5. Prices and conditions may be subject to change and will be announced on the website https://skyjoy.vietjetair.com
  6. Currently, the program does not allow the purchase of additional SkyPoint as gifts for friends or family members.

Instructions on how to purchase SkyPoint:

1. Option 1: Purchase SkyPoint directly when redeeming rewards on the SkyJoy app or website: https://skyjoy.vietjetair.com/redemption

a. Case 1: Redeeming vouchers via the SkyJoy app

  • Step 1: Access the SkyJoy app, go to the "Redemption" section, select the voucher you want to redeem, and click "Redeem".
  • Step 2: Check your SkyPoint balance. You can choose the maximum number of points or any other amount to redeem for vouchers and purchase additional points if there's a shortage.
  • Step 3: Proceed with the payment method that suits you to complete the redemption transaction.

b. Case 2: Redeeming Vietjet flight tickets

  • Step 1: Visit the website https://skyjoy.vietjetair.com/redemption and log in to your Vietjet SkyJoy member account.
  • Step 2: Select the flight tickets, enter passenger information, and choose additional services (if applicable).
  • Step 3: On the Payment Details page, if you have insufficient SkyPoint to complete the transaction, the system will display the amount to pay to purchase the additional SkyPoint required.
  • Step 4: Proceed with the payment method that suits you to complete the redemption transaction.

2. Option 2: Purchase SkyPoint susing the "Buy SkyPoint" feature on the SkyJoy app

  • Step 1: Access the SkyJoy app, go to the "Buy SkyPoint" section on the app's homepage.
  • Step 2: Select the SkyPoint package you wish to purchase.
  • Step 3: Choose the appropriate payment method and click "Buy now" to complete the purchase of point.
