1. Program Information

From 22/05/2026, SkyJoy members who purchase and use Airport Lounge and Fast Track services provided by DragonPass through the integrated link on the SkyJoy app will immediately earn SkyPoint rewards. 

Airport Lounge Service: Provides access to DragonPass’s global network of over 1,400 independent airport lounges. Passengers can enjoy standard amenities including relaxation areas, Wi-Fi, newspapers, workspaces, food, and beverages (subject to the lounge operator’s specific regulations). 

Fast Track Service is a premium airport service that allows passengers to skip the regular security lines and use a dedicated express lane. It’s designed to save time, reduce stress, and help you get to your gate more efficiently.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1. Definitions 

– SkyJoy: A loyalty platform operated by GalaxyJoy Joint Stock Company. 

– DragonPass: A partner providing airport services (lounges, Fast Track, dining, transfers, etc.). 

– Member: An individual with a valid SkyJoy account. 

– SkyPoint: Reward points accumulated in the Member’s account. 

– Eligible Transaction: A successful purchase of DragonPass services via the integrated link on the SkyJoy app, and completed service usage. 

2.2. Program Period 

– From 22/05/2026 until a termination notice is issued or the program budget is exhausted. 

– SkyJoy reserves the right to adjust or terminate the program at its sole discretion or as per the agreement with the partner. 

2.3. Applicable Services for Point Accumulation: Airport Lounge Service and Priority Service (Fast Track). 

2.4. Earning Rules 

– Earning Rate: For every VND 10,00 spent, members will earn 1,5 SkyPoint. 

– Eligible Amount for Points Calculation:
Points are calculated based on the actual payment amount after deducting: 

+ Taxes and additional fees 

+ Voucher/discount code values and other recorded promotions 

– Point Credit Timeline: Within 24 hours after the Member completes using the service and the transaction is confirmed as valid by DragonPass. 

– Conditions for Earning Points 
At the time of point accrual, the following must be met: 

+ Account: Must be a valid SkyJoy account 

+ Transaction: Must be an eligible transaction 

2.5. How to Purchase Services and Earn SkyPoints 

Step 1: Access the SkyJoy app → go to “Services & Utilities” → select partner “DragonPass”. 

Step 2: The system redirects to the DragonPass platform where members can select services, make purchases, and complete payment. 

Step 3: Within 24 hours after completing the use of services provided by DragonPass, the Member will receive SkyPoint.  

Note: Members must complete the DragonPass service purchase within the same session accessed from the SkyJoy app for the system to recognize the eligible source and award points. 

2.6. Conditions for Recording and Rejection 

– DragonPass service purchases must be made via the official integrated link on the SkyJoy app. VPNs or ad-blocking software must not be used during the purchase process. 

– Purchases made directly on DragonPass platforms or via other partners are not eligible for point accrual. 

– SkyJoy reserves the right to revoke or refuse points in cases of fraud, abuse, or refunded/canceled transactions. 

2.7. Liabilities and Dispute Resolution 

– Service-related issues: 
DragonPass is fully responsible for service quality, booking, cancellations, and refunds. For any  complaints regarding DragonPass services, customers should contact DragonPass directly via:

– Point accrual issues: 

SkyJoy is responsible for crediting SkyPoint based on the confirmation data provided by DragonPass within 24 hours from the time the Member completes using the service, and the transaction is  confirmed as valid by DragonPass. If the Member has not received the points after the above-mentioned period, please contact the SkyJoy Customer Service hotline via:

– Limitation of Liability:  SkyJoy acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of  DragonPass services.  

2.8. Data Privacy 

– Members agree that SkyJoy and DragonPass may share necessary data (membership ID, transaction details) for reconciliation and point accrual purposes. 

– Both parties commit to protecting data in accordance with Vietnamese law. 

2.9. General Provisions 

– In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, system failures, etc.), SkyJoy is exempt from liability if the program must be suspended. 

– Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled at a competent court in Vietnam under Vietnamese law. 

– These terms may be amended and updated on the SkyJoy application.
