“Lucky Spin”
– Prize determination period: From 12:00 AM on May 10, 2024, to 11:59 PM on August 8, 2024 (GMT+7).
– Prize notifications will be displayed in the “My rewards” section on the main interface of the game at https://skyjoy.vietjetair.com/mua-vietjet-trung-so-moi-ngay/, in the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app, and announced on official Vietjet media channels.
– Prize winners must complete account verification (eKYC) on the SkyJoy app to receive and use the gifts. Instructions on how to verify your account can be found here.
– Prize winners who do not complete account verification (eKYC) within 45 days from the end of the program will have their prizes forfeited.
– Awarding process:
+ For Vietjet E-voucher prizes: the prize notification will be displayed in the “My rewards” section of the game interface, then the E-voucher information will be sent to the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app within 24 hours from the successful account verification (eKYC) of the customer.
+ For E-voucher prizes from popular brands: the prize notification will be displayed in the “My rewards” section of the game interface, then detailed information will be sent to the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app within 5 minutes from the time of receiving the prize notification, and account verification (eKYC) must be completed to use the gift.

– Winners will receive prize notifications on the SkyJoy App.
– For Special Prizes, First Prizes, Second Prizes, winners will be notified via phone or email.
– Prize winners must complete account verification (eKYC) on the SkyJoy app to receive and use the gifts. Instructions on how to verify your account can be found here.
– Prize winners who do not complete account verification (eKYC) within 45 days from the end of the program will have their prizes forfeited.

The Sky+ pass only applies to members currently at the Red or Silver tier.
Members at the Gold or Diamond tier, when winning the prize, can transfer the right of use or use it for themselves after their current membership tier ends (Note: the Sky+ pass needs to be activated before October 30, 2024, using the received gift code).
+ For Vietjet E-voucher prizes: the prize notification will be displayed in the “Monthly lottery results” section of the game interface, then the E-voucher information will be sent to the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app within 24 hours from the successful account verification (eKYC) of the customer.
+ For E-voucher prizes from popular brands: the prize notification will be displayed in the “Monthly lottery results” section of the game interface, then detailed information will be sent to the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app within 5 minutes from the time of receiving the prize notification, and account verification (eKYC) must be completed to use the gift.

7. General regulations
– Participants are obliged to ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided in this promotional program. Consequently, the organizing authority reserves the right to reject or retract gifts from any customer who furnishes invalid, incomplete, or falsified information, engages in fraudulent activities, or contravenes any terms and conditions stipulated in the program regulations.
– The organizing unit will assist customers in submitting personal income tax returns according to legal regulations, based on information from the customer’s Identification Card, Citizen Identity Card, and/or personal tax code in Vietnam. (According to the Personal Income Tax Law, prizes worth over 10 million VND require the winner to pay personal income tax on the prize value exceeding 10 million VND at a tax rate of 10%.)
– Prize winners residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of Vietnam are accountable for declaring and settling taxes commensurate with the prize value in their respective home countries.
– The organizing unit has full rights to use the customer’s image, along with their phone number and SkyJoy account number, with the last 03 (three) digits hidden, for commercial advertising purposes.
– During the program period, the organizing unit may supplement, modify the regulations as necessary. All supplements, modifications will be registered and confirmed by the Trade Promotion Agency.
8. Handling complaints
– For any inquiries or complaints, participants are encouraged to reach out to Vietjet’s Customer Service Center hotline or GalaxyJoy Customer Service Center within 7 working days from the program’s conclusion date.
– All information and evidence pertaining to complaints submitted by participants will be duly acknowledged and considered valid for reference. Any disputes or grievances will be adjudicated based on the final decision rendered by the program’s organizing unit.
