GUIDE TO VERIFY YOUR VIETJET SKYJOY MEMBER ACCOUNT

After downloading the SkyJoy app and signing up as a Vietjet SkyJoy member, you need to verify your account in order to be eligible for rewards redemption. Follow these steps in the video to verify your account!

 

Notice:

– In step 2,  ensure you capture the entire ID card or passport, with no important information cut off or missing; slect a clear and high-quality image that closely resembles the original document for accurate identification and account verification.

– In step 3, capture a front-facing photo of your face with sufficient lighting; do not wear glasses or a mask; make sure there is only one person in the photo.

– In step 4, please note that members cannot edit the grayed-out information.

– In case of unsuccessful verification, members will be notified along with the reason. Please proceed with the verification process again.
