1. What are the conditions to participate in the program?

All customers who meet the following conditions:

– Aged 15 and above, successfully book and purchase Vietjet tickets from 0:00 on May 10, 2024, to 23:59 on August 7, 2024 (GMT + 7).

– Holders of an active SkyJoy account, not listed in the restricted, suspended, or closed accounts as per the SkyJoy frequent flyer program regulations.

– Not applicable to customers paying for flight tickets with cash/reserve account or gift reward tickets redeemed from SkyPoint.

– Not applicable to types of tickets for Vietjet internal staff.

2. How long does this program last?

From May 10, 2024, to August 7, 2024, after successfully booking and purchasing flight tickets within 30 days, you will have the opportunity to participate in the “Fly daily, win daily with Vietjet” program by participating in the two games: “Lucky Spin” and “Monthly Lottery”.

3. Which channels can I access to participate in this program?

When you click on the program’s banners, the system will redirect you to the program’s homepage to learn about the terms and conditions and participate in the games. The program banners are placed at touchpoints on:

+ SkyJoy app

+ Vietjet Air app

+ Vietjet website (https://www.vietjetair.com)

4. How many games are there in this program?

You will have the opportunity to participate in the “Fly daily, win daily with Vietjet” program and join the two games:

– “Lucky Spin”: You can play immediately after receiving a successful spin.

– “Monthly Lottery”: The program will organize 3 live broadcast drawing sessions on the Vietjet Facebook Fanpage channel at the following times:

+ Session 1 – June 14, 2024: Drawing the “Lucky numbers” of all players who entered the booking code (PNR) & simultaneously received the lucky numbers from 00h00 on May 10, 2024 to 23h59 on June 8, 2024 (GMT + 7).

+ Session 2 – July 12, 2024: Drawing the “Lucky numbers” of all players who entered the booking code (PNR) & simultaneously received the lucky numbers from 00h00 on June 9, 2024 to 23h59 on July 8, 2024 (GMT+7).

+ Session 3 – August 16, 2024: Drawing the “Lucky numbers” of all players who entered the booking code (PNR) & simultaneously received the lucky numbers from 00h00 on July 9, 2024 to 23h59 on August 8, 2024 (GMT+7).

5. What are the prize structures of this program?

The prize structure for each game is as follows:

– “Monthly Lottery” program: Every month, you have the chance to win prizes as follows:

+ 01 special prize: Sky+ Gold membership pass worth 16,200,000 VND

+ 01 first prize: Vietjet E-voucher worth 10,000,000 VND, usable for booking on all flight routes, excluding charter flights, and excluding taxes and fees.

+ 05 second prizes: Vietjet E-voucher worth 3,000,000 VND, usable for booking on all flight routes, excluding charter flights, and excluding taxes and fees.

+ 100 lucky prizes: E-vouchers from popular brands such as Salinda Resort Phu Quoc, Elsa Speak…

– “Lucky Spin” game: Every day, you have the chance to win prizes as follows:

+ 01 special prize: Vietjet E-voucher worth 5,000,000 VND, usable for booking on all flight routes, excluding charter flights, and excluding taxes and fees.

+ 03 first prizes: Vietjet E-voucher worth 1,000,000 VND, usable for booking on all flight routes, excluding charter flights, and excluding taxes and fees.

+ 03 second prizes: 1,000 SkyPoint package.

+ 1000 lucky prizes: Thousands of vouchers from popular brands such as Vascara, California Fitness & Yoga, BTaskee…

6. When can I enter the booking code (PNR) to receive more turn to play?

To participate in the program and receive “Spins” and “Lucky numbers”, customers need to enter their booking code (PNR) successfully paid from May 10, 2024 to August 7, 2024.

Players only need to enter their booking code once in the “Lucky Spin” game or the “Monthly Lottery” program. The remaining game/program will automatically add the corresponding “Spin codes”/”Lucky numbers”.

7. How many play chances will I receive for each game per flight ticket?

– Each flight segment in the PNR corresponds to 01 “Spin” in the “Lucky Spin” game and “Monthly Lottery” program.

– For round-trip tickets, you will receive 02 “Spin codes” in the “Lucky Spin” game and 02 “Lucky number” in the “Monthly Lottery” program.

– In case multiple customers share the same booking code (PNR) and are also SkyJoy Members simultaneously, each customer will receive their own “Spins” and “Lucky numbers”.

8. If I purchase tickets through ticket offices, agents, or online ticketing channels, can I participate in the program?

You are eligible to participate!

The program is not limited to any ticket purchasing channels or markets. However, booking codes (PNR) paid for with cash/reserve account or gift reward tickets redeemed from SkyPoint, and types of tickets for Vietjet internal staff will not be eligible to participate in the program.

9. If I don’t have a SkyJoy account, can I still participate in the program?

You need to register as a member of the SkyJoy frequent flyer program to participate in this program.
Notice: The customer’s name on the booking code (PNR) must match the name in the SkyJoy membership account.

10. I bought flight tickets for others and my name is not in the booking code (PNR), can I participate in the program?

You are not eligible to participate!

The program only applies to customers whose names are on the booking code (PNR) and are also SkyJoy members. The customer’s name on the booking code (PNR) must match the name in the SkyJoy membership account.

11. If I share a booking with someone else and have the same booking code (PNR), can the other person use my play chances?

The other person cannot use your play chances. If the booking code (PNR) has multiple passengers, each passenger in the PNR will receive the number of “Spins” and “Lucky numbers” for each corresponding flight segment according to their information.

12. What should I do if I enter my booking code (PNR) to get play chances but encounter an error?

Please check the following information and try again:

+ Ensure that the customer’s name on the booking code (PNR) matches the name in the SkyJoy membership account.

+ The PNR has been successfully paid for and is not excluded from participation.

+ The PNR can only be entered, recorded with “Spins” and “Lucky numbers” within 30 days from the date of successful ticket purchase.

13. If I purchase flight tickets with the “Pay later” method (within 60 minutes), can I participate in the program?

You are not eligible to participate! You need to complete the payment to participate in the program.

14. If I purchase flight tickets with the “Movi – Fly now, Pay later” method, can I participate in the program?

You are eligible to participate!

You can join the program after purchasing flight tickets with the “Movi – Fly now, Pay later” method.

15. Are there any limitations on ticket types that cannot participate in the program?

Booking codes (PNRs) paid with with cash/reserve account or gift reward tickets redeemed from SkyPoint, and types of tickets for Vietjet internal staff will not be eligible to participate in the games of this program.

16. Are there any limitations on ticket classes, routes that cannot participate in the program?

The program applies to all customers who successfully purchase Vietjet flight tickets on all domestic & international routes.

17. What should I do if the name on the tickets does not match the name on my SkyJoy membership profile?

The system can only record “Spin codes” and “Lucky numbers” if the customer’s name on the booking code (PNR) matches the name in the SkyJoy membership account. Therefore, you need to check and adjust the name on your tickets or your membership account according to the valid identification document.

– To get support for checking and adjusting the name on the flight ticket: Please contact Vietjet Customer Service Center via email 19001886@vietjetair.com, hotline 19001886, or official Vietjet ticket offices.

18. If I enter my booking code (PNR) in the “Lucky Spin” game, how long will it take for me to receive my lucky numbers for the “Monthly Lottery” program?

You will receive 01 “Lucky number” for the “Monthly Lottery” program for each flight segment of your booking code (PNR) immediately after entering that booking code in the “Lucky Spin” game, and vice versa.

19. How do I know if I have won a prize in the program?

You will receive notification of winning prizes depending on the game as follows:

– For the “Lucky Spin” game:

+ The system will display a result notification immediately after the customer completes each “Spin”.

+ The Prizes will be displayed in: the “My rewards” section in the main interface of the game and the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app (if it’s an E-voucher).

– For the “Monthly Lottery” program:

+ The prize notifications will be announced directly during the livestream sessions on Vietjet’s Facebook fanpage channels: https://www.facebook.com/vietjetvietnam and https://www.facebook.com/Vietjetglobal.

+ The MC will announce the winning prize numbers based on the results of the live draw during the livestream session.

+ The livestream session times: June 14, 2024, July 12, 2024, and August 16, 2024.

+ The list of prize-winning customers will be updated in the “Session Result” section in the main interface of the “Monthly Lottery” program and sent as notifications to SkyJoy app members immediately upon successful prize distribution, and on Vietjet SkyJoy’s official communication channels (Website, Facebook Fanpage…).

21. Where can I check the results of the “Lucky Spin” game?

You can check the results of the game in the “My rewards” section on the main interface of the game, and in the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app.

22. How long after winning will I receive the “Monthly Lottery” prizes?

– For the Sky+ Pass prize: The winning notification will be displayed in the “Session Result” section on the main interface of the progam. Then, detailed information will be sent to the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app within 7 working days from the winning date, and account verification (eKYC) is required to use the prize.

– For the Vietjet E-voucher prize: The winning notification will be displayed in the “Session Result” section on the main interface of the progam. Then, the E-voucher information will be sent to the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app within 24 hours from the successful account verification (eKYC) time.

– For the E-voucher prize from favorite brands: The winning notification will be displayed in the “Session Result” section on the main interface of the progam. Then, detailed information will be sent to the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app within 5 minutes from the winning notification, and account verification (eKYC) is required to use the prize.

– For the E-voucher prize from favorite brands: The winning notification will be displayed in the “My rewards” section on the main interface of the game. Then, detailed information will be sent to the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app within 5 minutes from the winning notification, and account verification (eKYC) is required to use the prize.

– For the SkyPoint prize: The winning notification will be displayed in the “My rewards” section on the main interface of the game. Then, the points will be directly added to your SkyJoy member’s account within 5 minutes from the winning notification, and account verification (eKYC) is required to use the prize.

24. What do I need to do to use the rewards received from the program?

First, you need to perform the account verification process (eKYC here), and depending on the type of reward, there are different usage instructions:

– For the Sky+ Gold membership pass: SkyJoy will automatically upgrade your membership tier to Gold and add your reward points, then send notifications through the SkyJoy app for you to know and use the benefits received from the Sky+ pass.
