SkyJoy would like to announce that our “Retro Claim” feature will be out of service for maintenance from 8.00 PM February 3rd until 11:59 PM February 5th, 2023 to fix data transfer errors.
During this time, the “Retro Claim” feature will temporarily be discontinued. Customers are advised to avoid using this feature within the aforementioned timeframe so as not to affect your experience
