– Itinerary change: Allowed with fee applicable under Eco ticket (if any)

7. Redemption method:
Redeem Vietjet’s flight ticket by using SkyPoint

8. How to redeem:

– Step 1: Visit https://www.vietjetair.com, choose “Redeem & Buy SkyPoint”. Or directly visit https://skyjoy.vietjetair.com/redemption/.

– Step 2: Log in using the phone number registered with Vietjet SkyJoy membership.

– Step 3: Search for flight information and select a flight that offers 0-SkyPoint ticket redemption.

Note:

– Members need to verfiy their accounts before redeeming 0 SkyPoint tickets.

– Members can buy more SkyPoint by cash if insufficient point to complete the redemption.

– The campaign is subject to end earlier when the number of 0 SkyPoint tickets are all redeemed.

B. 100% POINT BACK CAMPAIGN

– Members can get a maximum of 10,000 SkyPoint back. Limited quantity, priority given to Members who join the program early.

– Flight redemption transaction must be done from 23 May 00:00 to 23:59, applicable for all type of flight tickets, including 0 SkyPoint, Fixed Point and Market Fare tickets

– Point back will be accrued to Member account after 1 working day

– One Member can receive one time throughout the campaign

– Members must not breach the Terms and Conditions listed at https://skyjoy.vn/terms-conditions/#skyprogram

– In case of any dispute, GalaxyJoy will hold the final decision
