PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM TERMS “LAC MAI LAY LOC”
– Program name: “Lac Mai Lay Loc” (Hereinafter referred to as the “Program”)
– Promotion period: From January 22, 2025, to February 5, 2025, or until the Program budget is exhausted, whichever comes first.
– Promotion area: Applicable to customers who are SkyJoy members and have downloaded the SkyJoy app.
– Customers eligible for the promotional program:
Scope of application
+ Applicable to customers who are SkyJoy members and have downloaded the SkyJoy app.
+ Membership account status: No signs of irregularities and no violations of the terms and conditions of the SkyJoy program.
*The program does not apply to SkyJoy members whose accounts are restricted. If a membership account is restricted, it indicates unusual activities or suspected fraud. In such cases, the member will not be eligible to participate in the game and/or utilize any rewards received.

– Grand Prizes: 03 prizes in total
+ VIP Flight Prize: 01 round-trip Vietjet flight to Japan or Korea
+ Premium Flight Prize: 01 round-trip Vietjet flight to one of the Southeast Asian countries

Detailed terms and conditions of the promotion program
During the promotional period from January 22, 2025, to February 5, 2025, members can participate in the game “Lac Mai Lay Loc” on the SkyJoy app by completing the tasks described in section 6.3 below to receive a shake turn. After receiving a shake turn, members can join the “Lac Mai Lay Loc” game/program on the SkyJoy app for a chance to win prizes, including:
– SkyPoint
– E-vouchers from various brands
– Pieces of the grand prize
How to participate
To participate in the program, members should follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the SkyJoy app and log in, or download the SkyJoy app, register an account, and log in.
Step 2: Access the game by clicking on the “Lac Mai Lay Loc” game banner on the homepage of the app.
Step 3: Players click on the “Lac Mai” button or shake their phone to play and receive valuable prizes, collect puzzle pieces, and receive lucky, meaningful New Year wishes from the program.
Note:
(*) Collect all the puzzle pieces to have a chance to win the grand prize.
(**) Players must allow the SkyJoy app to access the phone’s motion sensor to play the game.
Tasks to earn shake turns
Members can accumulate shake turns to participate in the “Lac Mai Lay Loc” game/program by completing the following transactions and activities:
– Purchase transactions:
+ Purchase flight tickets or flights with additional services from Vietjet on the Vietjet app or website for themselves
*Note: Members must enter their SkyJoy ID in the passenger information section when booking the tickets.
+ Purchase SkyPoint packages on the SkyJoy app
+ Purchase the Sky+ Gold membership pass on the SkyJoy app
– Other activities:
Complete actions on the SkyJoy app, including:
+ Complete the eKYC account verification process
+ Verify the email address
+ Access the “Lac Mai Lay Loc” game/program daily to check in
+ Redeem SkyPoint for E-vouchers or Flight Tickets
+ Refer friends to download the SkyJoy app and register for a SkyJoy member account
+ Share information about the “Lac Mai Lay Loc” game/program on Facebook
+ Accumulate SkyPoint through program partners. The list of partners is updated in the “Earning partners” section when members visit the “Earning” section on the SkyJoy app

*Note:
+ For tasks numbered: 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9; 10, members will receive a turn to play the game within 1-5 minutes after completing the task.
+ For tasks numbered: 11; 12; 13; 14:
+ Shakes will be credited to members who complete a flight.
+ Members will receive a turn to play the game within 24 hours after completing the task.
+ These tasks will expire on February 4, 2025.
+ To complete tasks numbered 11, 12, 13, 14, members need to enter the SkyJoy ID during the ticket booking process on the Vietjet app or website. Only transactions with the SkyJoy ID entered during the booking process will count as valid task completion. Additional entry of the SkyJoy ID after successful ticket booking via the Vietjet website will not be considered valid for earning extra turns.
+ For tasks numbered 6, Shakes will be credited to members who redeem Vietjet flight tickets.
Rules for determining prize winners
A member who wins a prize is a member who participates in the “Lac Mai Lay Loc” game.
– For E-voucher prizes: SkyJoy will send the details of the E-voucher prize and notify the member via the SkyJoy app within 5 minutes from the time the member clicks the “Lac Mai” button or shakes their phone and wins a prize.
– For SkyPoint prizes: SkyJoy will directly credit the points into the member’s account within 5 minutes of receiving the winning notification. Please check the “Your SkyPoint” section to review your points history.
– For Vietjet flight tickets: There are a total of 12 puzzle pieces for 3 grand prizes, with each prize corresponding to 4 puzzle pieces. When assembled, they will form a complete image representing the prize. Members need to collect all the pieces of a complete image to qualify for a grand prize. Upon winning, members will be notified via the app and/or text message. Within 7 days from the time of collecting all the puzzle pieces for a grand prize (or within 7 days from the end of the program), members will receive a notification about winning the grand prize via the email registered with the program, along with detailed instructions on how to claim the prize. Winners must follow the instructions and complete the prize claim procedures within the specified timeframe as described in the email. Each member can receive any of the 12 puzzle pieces but is eligible for only one grand prize throughout the program duration.
Prize determination time and method
– Prize determination period: From 22/01/2025 to 05/02/2025.
– Prize determination method: The prize is displayed when the member performs the action of shaking the phone or clicking the “Lac Mai” button on the main screen of the “Lac Mai Lay Loc” game/program on the SkyJoy app.
Prize notification
– Prize notification time and method: The prize result is displayed on the phone screen within 5 minutes after the action of shaking the phone or clicking the “Lac Mai” button.
– Members can review their prize history in the “Game rewards” section of the game or in the “My rewards” page in the SkyJoy app.
Complaint handling
– SkyJoy will only assist in resolving complaints from members within 7 working days from the end of the program.
– SkyJoy’s decision is final in all cases. Members participating in the program agree to comply with the program rules and not to complain or negatively affect SkyJoy in any way after the final decision.
– SkyJoy reserves the right to revoke prizes or accumulated points from members in the case of any fraudulent activities, violations of program rules, or unauthorized account usage. The decision to revoke will be communicated to the member via an app notification. Members are required to cooperate and return the prize (if any) as requested by SkyJoy within the prescribed timeframe. SkyJoy reserves the right to review and make the final decision in all cases related to prize revocation.
