RETRO CLAIM POLICY FOR STAYS AT ANA MANDARA CAM RANH
If a SkyJoy Member did not provide their SkyJoy ID when using accommodation services at Ana Mandara Cam Ranh or prior to check-out, they may submit a retro claim request in accordance with the following terms and instructions:
Eligibility
– Members who did not declare or update their SkyJoy ID before completing check-out
Retro claim period
– Claims can be submitted no sooner than 24 hours after check-out and within 90 days from the check-out date
Channels for submitting retro claims

– Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Reservation Hotline
– In person at the Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Front Desk
Required information
– Member’s full name
– SkyJoy ID
– Phone number registered with the SkyJoy account
– Booking confirmation code
– And invoice details or photos of the room invoice and any receipts for services, goods, or products used at Ana Mandara Cam Ranh (if available)
Processing time
– SkyPoints will be credited to the member’s account within 48 business hours after the retro claim is submitted with complete information and confirmed to be eligible.
