FLY YOUR WAY WITH YOJO PLATINUM CARD – EARN UP TO 29,000 SKYPOINTS

1. Program name: VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum credit card opening offer with SkyPoints rewards
2. Eligible customers: Individual customers who meet the eligibility criteria for issuance and promotional benefits of the VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum Credit Card (“VPBank YOJO”).
3. Scope of implementation: Nationwide across the VPBank system.
4. Promotion mechanism: SkyPoints will be credited to VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum credit cardholders who meet the program conditions.
5. Promotion period: From 21 January 2026 to 08 March 2026 (inclusive).
6. Promotional products and services:
Customers using the VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum personal credit card with the BIN: 45410710, including any newly issued BINs of this card type released by VPBank during the promotion period (if any).
7. Promotional reward: SkyPoints are loyalty points accumulated by SkyJoy members based on eligible spending amounts under the Promotion Program or from partner activities. SkyPoints can be redeemed for Vietjet flight tickets, service or product vouchers via the SkyJoy Mobile Application, in accordance with the redemption policies published on the SkyJoy Website/Application.
8. Promotion program
a) Promotion details
– Program 1: For customers who open a VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum Credit Card and achieve the highest eligible spending during the Promotion Period
+ This program applies to customers who newly open a VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum personal credit card during the Promotion Period and record the highest total eligible spending within the Promotion Period from 21 January 2026 to 08 March 2026 (inclusive)
+ Eligibility criteria: New credit cardholders with minimum eligible spending of VND 10,000,000
+ Total quantity (*): 5 SkyPoint packages of 29,000 SkyPoints each (equivalent to 5 round-trip flights to Australia **)
(*) This program applies to 5 customers (determined by Customer Identification Number – CIF) who achieve the highest eligible spending during the Promotion Period. In the event that multiple customers meet the criteria, rewards will be prioritized for customers with higher total spending; if total spending is equal, priority will be given to the customer who reaches the spending threshold earlier.
(**) The flight ticket equivalency is for reference and estimation purposes only and may vary due to changes in airfare, taxes, or airline surcharges at the time of redemption.
– Program 2: For customers who open a VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum Credit Card
+ This program applies to customers who newly open a VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum personal credit card during the Promotion Period and are among the earliest to achieve eligible spending from 21 January 2026 to 08 March 2026 (inclusive)
+ Eligibility criteria: New credit cardholders with minimum eligible spending of VND 10,000,000
+ Total quantity (*): 6 SkyPoint packages of 25,000 SkyPoints each (equivalent to 6 round-trip flights to Korea **) and 9 SkyPoint packages of 20,000 SkyPoints each (equivalent to 9 round-trip flights to China/ Japan **)
(*) This program applies to the first 15 eligible customers (based on Customer Identification Number – CIF) who satisfy the promotion conditions and will receive the rewards until the allocation is fully redeemed. In the event that multiple customers qualify simultaneously, VPBank will determine eligibility in the following order of priority:
i) Higher total eligible spending
ii) Earlier card opening date
iii) Greater number of transactions
(**) The flight ticket equivalency is for reference purposes only and may vary due to fluctuations in airfare, taxes, or airline surcharges at the time of redemption.
b) Customer eligibility conditions:
– Reward priority: In the event that multiple customers meet the eligibility criteria at the same time, VPBank will prioritize reward allocation to the customer with higher total eligible spending during the Promotion Period. If total eligible spending is equal, priority will be given to the customer who reaches the spending threshold earlier.
– Applicable to customers who newly open their first physical primary VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum credit card during the Promotion Period.
– Not applicable to customers who already hold a VPBank credit card and apply for an additional VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum credit card, nor to cases of card reissuance, replacement, or renewal.
– VPBank will not award rewards to customers (by CIF) with overdue debt.
– Each customer is entitled to a maximum of one SkyPoint package for credit card spending throughout the Promotion Period. In cases where a customer qualifies for multiple reward categories, rewards will be prioritized in the following order: 29,000 SkyPoint Package > 25,000 SkyPoint Package > 20,000 SkyPoint Package.
– VPBank will not grant rewards to customers whose physical primary card status is inactive (“Card Not OK”) on VPBank’s system at the time of reward evaluation and reward fulfillment.
– Customers are responsible for all payments, fees, and charges arising from the purchase of goods and/or use of services at merchants.
– Customers participating in the Promotion remain entitled to all existing benefits and features of their international credit card currently offered by VPBank (including cashback, reward points, etc.).
– SkyPoints will be credited by Vietjet SkyJoy to the customer’s SkyJoy membership account.
– When redeeming Vietjet flight tickets, customers are required to pay all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges in accordance with SkyJoy’s redemption regulations, as stipulated in Clause 15 – “Redemption” of the SkyJoy Frequent Flyer Program Terms and Conditions here.
c) Transaction conditions
– Eligible transactions are lawful personal consumption transactions conducted via point-of-sale (POS) terminals or online transactions at participating merchants and successfully recorded in VPBank’s card system.
– VPBank will not consider transactions with Merchant Category Codes (MCC) classified as advertising or fuel, including but not limited to transactions under MCC 6011, 5172, 5271, 5983, 4900, 4899, 4812, 4814, 4816, 5541, 5542, 4111, 4789, 2012, advertising payment transactions (e.g. Facebook, Google), transactions conducted via VPBank NEO and recorded in VPBank’s system, as well as any transactions that VPBank determines are not genuine purchase transactions, are suspected of fraud (including fictitious transactions at merchants), or are not permitted under Vietnamese law.
– Transaction time shall be determined based on the trans_date field, which reflects the transaction timestamp recorded in VPBank’s reporting system in Vietnam time zone.
– Eligible spending transactions may be conducted by the Primary Cardholder or Supplementary Cardholder and must constitute actual purchase transactions permitted under Vietnamese law.
– Eligible payment transactions are spending and payment transactions made using VPBank international credit cards for the purchase of goods and services for lawful personal consumption via online payment gateways, POS terminals, or transactions generated via VPBank NEO at participating merchants. For installment conversion transactions, only the original transaction amount shall be considered; monthly installment payments are excluded.
– A successful payment transaction is one in which the transaction value or entry has been successfully recorded and posted in VPBank’s system and the transaction date falls within the Promotion Period. VPBank will only consider transactions that have been successfully settled and posted in its system at the time of data extraction.
– Customers may not be entitled to promotional benefits in cases where issues arise from the online payment gateway of the merchant.
– Eligible transactions do not include the following:
+ Cash withdrawals;
+ Transactions conducted via VPBank NEO, purchases of fuel, or payment of utility bills including fuel, electricity, gas, water, heating oil, as well as payments for information technology and telecommunications services (including but not limited to mobile phone, internet, and cable television services);
+ Fees and interest (including but not limited to annual fees, cash withdrawal fees, interest charges, credit card balance repayments, late payment fees,…);
+ Taxes on goods and services;
+ Transactions suspected of cash advance or fraudulent activities;
+ Cancelled/ refunded transactions (chargeback/ refund/ reversal);
+ Advertising payment transactions (e.g. Facebook, Google);
+ Outstanding balance transfers;
+ E-wallet transactions (including but not limited to transactions via VTC Pay, ZaloPay, Ngan Luong Online, Ngan Luong-Alepay, MoMo, VNPay,…);
+ Transactions related to securities trading or foreign exchange transactions;
+ Transactions related to fund transfers via electronic platforms (including but not limited to PayPal and Skrill skrill.com);
+ Transactions related to top-ups or loading of prepaid cards;
+ Foreign currency exchange transactions, including but not limited to transactions via Forex.com;
+ Installment transactions;
+ Any other transactions as determined by VPBank from time to time.
d) Reward fulfillment terms
– At the time VPBank evaluates eligibility and credits SkyPoints, customers must ensure that their card status (including the card under evaluation and the primary card to which points are credited in the case of supplementary cards) is active (“Card OK”). VPBank shall have no obligation to credit rewards to customers whose cards have been closed or whose card status is other than Card OK.
– No rewards will be granted to cards with overdue payments resulting in bad debt or cards that are cancelled during the reward accumulation period.
– VPBank will provide support for complaint and reconciliation requests from 01 April 2026 to 07 April 2026.
– At the time of reward fulfillment, if a customer is deemed ineligible to receive rewards in the customer’s membership account (due to inconsistent customer information identified by system verification or other reasons), VPBank reserves the right not to grant rewards. Customers must ensure that their card status (including the card under evaluation and the primary card to which points are credited for supplementary cards) remains active (“Card OK”) and that they have a valid SkyJoy account. VPBank shall not be responsible for crediting rewards to customers whose cards have been closed, whose card status is other than Card OK, or who do not have a SkyJoy account. VPBank’s decision shall be final in all cases.
– No rewards will be granted to cardholders who terminate their official SkyJoy membership status during the Promotion Period; such customers will not be eligible to receive SkyPoints credited to their SkyJoy accounts.
– In the event that a customer changes their personal information or SkyJoy account details, the customer must notify VPBank and/or its partners to ensure timely updates prior to the reward fulfillment date. VPBank shall not be liable for any failure to credit SkyPoints arising from changes to personal information or SkyJoy account details that are not recorded in VPBank’s system.
e) Reward timing and method
– Reward credit timing:
+ Program end date: 08 March 2026
+ Reward notification date: 01 April 2026
+ Customer information update & complaint period (if any): 07 April 2026
+ Reward crediting date: 20 April 2026
– Reward notification method: Notification will be sent via VPBank NEO or email
– Reward fulfillment method: Accumulated SkyPoints will be credited to the customer’s SkyJoy membership account, operated by Galaxy Joy.
9. Complaint handling: Customers who have any questions or complaints regarding the program results may contact VPBank Hotline at 1900 54 54 15 / 1800 54 54 15 (for Priority Customers) or 1800 88 89 69 (for Private Customers) before 07 April, 2026.
10. Other terms and conditions
– VPBank is entitled to use images, materials, and relevant information of prize winners for VPBank’s advertising and promotional purposes on mass media without any additional payment to the prize recipients.
– Eligible spending transactions must be conducted by the Primary Cardholder and/or Supplementary Cardholder, must be actual purchase transactions, and must comply with the laws of Vietnam.
– VPBank reserves the right to refuse to award gifts/services to any customer deemed by VPBank to be fraudulent, falsified, not reflecting the true nature of payment transactions for goods/services for lawful personal consumption via POS or Internet at merchants, or in violation of any Terms and Conditions of the Program.
– VPBank may contact customers via the registered phone number/email to verify information and request additional documents where necessary.
– In case of complaints, customers are required to submit complaints (if any) via 1800 54 54 15, the 24/7 Customer Service Hotline for Priority Customers of VPBank, for resolution.
– If customers have any questions or complaints regarding the process or results of the promotion program, they must contact VPBank within 5 working days from the date of receiving the SkyPoints notification.
– VPBank is not a payment service provider. Spending categories are determined based on the Merchant Category Code (MCC) data field provided by the card organizations, as recorded by VPBank’s system according to the merchant’s registered business category with the acquiring bank.
– VPBank reserves the right to reject complaints/reward fulfillment for transactions deemed ineligible under these Terms and Conditions, or to adjust/revoke rewards already credited to the customer’s membership account in cases where reward eligibility requirements are not met, including but not limited to cancelled/refunded transactions (chargeback/ refund/ reversal).
– Where VPBank identifies suspected ineligible card transactions under these Terms and Conditions, VPBank may require customers to provide purchase/service invoices from merchants (POS-printed receipts are not accepted) to prove the transaction and its lawful personal consumption purpose.
– Invoices provided to VPBank must clearly state the purchase address (merchant name, location including house number/street/district/city) and the goods/services purchased/used. VPBank will verify the information provided and reserves the right to approve or reject additional point crediting after verification. In the event of disputes, VPBank will consider the best resolution for customers in accordance with applicable laws.
– VPBank, its affiliates, directors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses) or any personal injury arising from participation in the Program or from the receipt or use of gifts/services, except for liabilities as required by law. VPBank will continue to receive and support complaint handling in accordance with legal regulations.
– By accepting or receiving gifts/services, customers or recipients agree to indemnify and hold harmless VPBank, its affiliates, directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising in connection with participation in the Program or the receipt or use of gifts/services.
– By participating in this Promotion Program, customers acknowledge and agree to all Terms and Conditions set out herein. In the event of disputes, VPBank will consider the best resolution for customers in accordance with VPBank’s regulations and applicable laws.
– VPBank shall not be responsible if cardholders fail to receive notifications due to changes in contact address, email, or phone number not updated with VPBank, or due to lost, damaged, or stolen notification letters during delivery.
– Customers shall bear all costs incurred (if any) related to receiving gifts/services from the Program, including but not limited to personal income tax (if applicable).
– All decisions of VPBank regarding promotional programs and customers’ entitlement to benefits during the Program may be amended from time to time at VPBank’s sole discretion, after completing required procedures in accordance with applicable laws.
– In the event that the Program conflicts with any laws or directives issued by competent state authorities, the Program shall be amended, suspended, or terminated to comply with such laws or directives.
– Matters not specifically stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by VPBank’s prevailing regulations and applicable laws.
