TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION “TASTE OF TET – BURST OF JOY”
1. Promotion name: Taste of Tet – Burst of Joy (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).
2. Promotion period: From February 6, 2026, to the end of February 19, 2026.
3. Promotion area (Scope): Applicable to SkyJoy members nationwide who have downloaded the SkyJoy app.
4. Eligible customers:
Scope of application:
– Applicable to all SkyJoy members who have downloaded the app and successfully registered an account.
– Member account status (*): The member’s account must not be restricted or suspended.
* This Program does not apply to SkyJoy members whose accounts are in a restricted or suspended status. A restricted or suspended account refers to an account that shows signs of, or is found to be in violation of, the SkyJoy Program Terms and Conditions and/or other applicable regulations in accordance with SkyJoy’s policies. If a member’s account falls under any of the above statuses, the member will be ineligible to participate in the Program and/or not entitled to use any prizes received from the Program.
5. Prize structure:
– Grand Prize: 01 SkyPoint Package (3,000,000 SkyPoints) to be equally distributed among all eligible members. (Eligibility criteria are specified in the section “Rules for determining winning evidence”).
Notice: The order of completion of the Three Seals will be automatically recorded by the SkyJoy system based on the time at which each member completes the Minigame. System data shall serve as the final and decisive basis for determining prize allocation results. In addition, the system will apply a rounding-down mechanism for fractional SkyPoints (decimal values). The total number of SkyPoints rounded down from all fractional values will be awarded to the member who first completes the Minigame among all eligible members.
Illustrative example: Assuming there are 7 eligible members, each member would theoretically receive 428,571.428 SkyPoints. Under the rounding-down mechanism applied to decimal values, each member will receive 428,571 SkyPoints. The total rounded-down amount of 3 SkyPoints will be credited directly to the member who first achieves Three Seals.
– First Prize: 10 Vietjet domestic round-trip flight tickets (01 ticket per prize).
Note: Applicable to regular commercial direct flights operated by Vietjet (not applicable to charter flights).
– Second Prize: 1.143 Sky+ Lite packages (Priority check-in, priority boarding, priority bag-claim).
Note: The Sky+ Lite package is valid for 30 days from successful activation.
– Third Prize: 4.574 Promo Codes for Vietjet flight tickets.
– Fourth Prize: SkyPoint packages valued at 9/19/29/88 points.
Total quantities for each point package are 91.476; 68.607; 22.869; and 11.435 respectively throughout the program.
– Consolation Prize: 17.700 E-Vouchers from popular brands.
6. Detailedprogram content:
6.1 How to participate:
To participate in the Program, members shall follow the steps below:
– Step 1: Open the SkyJoy app and log in, or download the SkyJoy app, register an account, and log in.
– Step 2: Access the Program by tapping the “Taste of Tet – Burst of Joy” campaign banner on the app home screen.
– Step 3: Tap the “Mission” button to complete missions (Section 6.2) and earn scratch turns.
– Step 4: Use scratch turns (*) to randomly receive prizes (flight tickets, E-Vouchers, SkyPoints, etc.) or Materials to participate in Minigames and collect Seals.
– Step 5: Participate in Minigames to collect Seals (Blessing Seal, Prosperity Seal, Longevity Seal) for a chance to win the Grand Prize from the Program (***).
Notice:
(*) Scratch Turn: The action of swiping on the screen.
(**) Seals: A symbolic item representing each completed Minigame by a member. The Seals include the Blessing Seal, Prosperity Seal, and Longevity Seal, corresponding respectively to the following Minigames: Plant Apricot Tree (requires 3 ingredients: Soil, Water, and Fertilizer), Wrap Tet Cake (requires 4 ingredients: Dong Leaves, Bamboo Strings, Mung Beans, and Meat), Arrange Five – Fruit Tray (requires 5 ingredients: Soursop, Coconut, Fig, Dragon Fruit, and Mango).
(***) Grand Prize: A 3,000,000 SkyPoint package divided equally among all members who collect all Three Seals from the 3 minigames.
Note:
By participating in the Program, members agree to allow SkyJoy to use their personal information, including but not limited to phone number, full name, and SkyJoy ID, for the purpose of supporting the material gifting/exchange feature between members within the scope of the Program, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6.2 Missions to earn scratch turns:
Members may accumulate scratch turns to participate in the “Taste of Tet – Burst of Joy” program by completing the following transactions and activities:
– Purchase transactions:
+ Purchase Vietjet flight tickets for personal use via Vietjet’s official website, mobile app, or authorized ticketing agents
* Notice: Members must enter their SkyJoy ID in the passenger information section during the booking process.
+ Purchase Sky+ passes; SkyPoint packages on the SkyJoy app
+ Make payments using a SkyJoy-linked card on the SkyJoy app (Vikki SkyJoy Travel Card or VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum Credit Card)
+ Earn SkyPoints through spending transactions with SkyJoy’s point-earning partners
Notice: SkyPoints must be earned through participating partners under the Program. The list of partners is available under “Earn points with partners” when accessing “Earning” on the SkyJoy app home screen.
– Other activities:
+ Complete actions on the SkyJoy app, including but not limited to:
+ Complete account verification (eKYC)
+ Verify email address
+ Check in daily by accessing the “Taste of Tet – Burst of Joy” program
+ Redeem SkyPoints for E-Vouchers
+ Redeem SkyPoints for flight tickets
+ Refer friends to download the SkyJoy app and register a SkyJoy member account
+ Share information about the “Taste of Tet – Burst of Joy” program on Facebook
+ Link the SkyJoy member account with LynkiD and VinClub
+ Convert points between SkyPoint and LynkiD
+ Collect new stamps in SkyJoy Passport
+ Complete the new member onboarding process (Join & Joy)
+ Complete any one (01) Minigame
+ Collect three (03) different materials
+ Complete any two (02) missions
+ Register for the VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum Credit Card

Detailed missions: 
Notice:
– For missions No. 1-14:
+ Members will receive scratch turns/ play turns within 1-5 minutes after completing the mission.
– For missions requiring system or partner processing (if any):
+ The crediting of scratch turns may take longer but will not exceed 24 hours from the time the member completes the mission.
– For missions related to Vietjet flight bookings:
+ Members must enter their SkyJoy ID during the booking process on Vietjet’s website, official app, or authorized ticketing system.
+ Only flight bookings in which the SkyJoy ID is entered at the time of booking will be considered valid mission completions.
+ Any attempt to add or update the SkyJoy ID after a successful booking will not be recognized and will not be eligible for additional scratch chances.
– Mission validity period:
+ All missions under this program will expire at 23:59:59 on February 19, 2026.
+ Scratch turns must be used by 23:59:59 on February 19, 2026. Any unused scratch turns, or those used after this time, will be automatically forfeited by the system.
In the event of system errors, partner data issues, or other objective factors, SkyJoy reserves the right to record and credit scratch chances later than the expected timeframe.
6.3 Rules for determining winning evidence:
– Grand Prize: The prize value is three million (3,000,000) SkyPoints. To be eligible, the member must collect the full set of Three Seals (Lessing Seal, Prosperity Seal, Longevity Seal). This SkyPoint package shall be equally divided among all members who successfully collect the complete Three Seals. Eligible members shall receive the allocated SkyPoint no later than March 4, 2026 (fifteen (15) days from the program end date).
– Vietjet Flight Ticket Prize: Upon winning, members will receive a notification via the SkyJoy app and/or SMS within seven (7) days from the end date of the program. SkyJoy will send a First Prize winner notification email to the email address registered by the member when participating in the program, together with detailed instructions on the prize redemption process and timeline. Winning members must follow the instructions and complete all prize redemption procedures within the timeframe specified in the email. The ticket booking and flight travel must be completed by October 31, 2026.
– E-Voucher prizes: SkyJoy will deliver the E-Voucher details and send a notification via the SkyJoy app within 5 minutes from the time the member performs the “Scratch now” action or selects “Skip” and wins a prize. Members may redeem the E-Voucher by accessing “My Rewards” on the SkyJoy app home screen.
– SkyPoint prizes: SkyJoy will credit SkyPoints directly to the member’s account within 5 minutes after the winning notification is issued. Members can check their point balance and transaction history under “Your SkyPoint”.
6.4 Prize usage instructions:
– Round-trip Domestic Vietjet Tickets Prize (within Vietnam): Upon winning, members will immediately receive a Domestic Vietjet Round-Trip Flight Ticket Voucher, and a notification will be sent to the member via the SkyJoy app. Members may review the details of the Domestic Vietjet Round-Trip Flight Ticket Voucher under “Vouchers” in the “My Rewards” section on the SkyJoy app, or in the “My Rewards” of the “Taste of Tet – Burst of Joy” program.
Within seven (07) days from the end date of the program, winning members will receive official instructions for redeeming the Domestic Vietjet Round-Trip Flight Ticket Voucher via the email address registered with the SkyJoy program. Members are required to contact Vietjet’s ticketing department in accordance with the instructions provided in the email to redeem the Voucher for flight tickets.
– Sky+ Lite Airport Privileges Package: Upon winning, members will receive a notification via the SkyJoy app and proceed with the following steps:
Note: The Sky+ Lite Airport Privilege Package is applicable only to Red and Silver tier Members.
Step 1: On the SkyJoy home screen, select “My Rewards”, then choose the prize “Sky+ Lite Privileges Package”.
Step 2: Copy the Activation Code displayed.
Step 3: Return to the SkyJoy home screen, select “Sky+ Pass”, and tap “Activate now”.
Step 4: Enter the copied Activation Code and select “Activate now” to complete the process.
Step 5: The system will display a confirmation message indicating successful activation of the Sky+ Lite airport privileges trial package.
– Vietjet Promo Code: Upon winning, members will immediately receive a Voucher containing a Vietjet Promo Code, and SkyJoy will send a notification to the member via the SkyJoy app. Members may review the details of the Vietjet Promo Code under “Vouchers” in the “My Rewards” section on the SkyJoy app, or in the “My Rewards” of the “Taste of Tet – Burst of Joy” program.
To use the Promo Code and enjoy discounts when purchasing flight tickets on Vietjet’s official website or mobile app, members may refer to the step-by-step instructions provided in the Vietjet Promotional Code Voucher under “Vouchers” in the “My Rewards” section of the SkyJoy app.
– SkyPoint: SkyPoint will be credited directly to the member’s account on the day following the winning date.
Once the points have been successfully credited, members may immediately use SkyPoint to redeem rewards on the SkyJoy app via the “Redemption” or “Flight Redemption” features.
To review SkyPoint credit transactions on the SkyJoy app, members may access “Notifications”, select “Transaction”, or go to “Earning”, select “SkyPoint history”, and view details under “Point transaction history”.
– E-Voucher: Members may access “My Rewards” to view the list of prizes received.
Next, members select “Vouchers” to view all unused E-Vouchers.
Members may then select the awarded E-Voucher and present the E-Voucher code as instructed to redeem the reward. The E-Voucher code is displayed in the form of a barcode, which will be scanned by staff at participating locations upon payment or service usage.
The use of E-Vouchers must comply with all applicable terms and conditions displayed with each E-Voucher to ensure proper and effective use.
Notice: For prizes including the Sky+ Lite Airport Privileges Package, Vietjet flight ticket promo codes, and E-Vouchers, the applicable terms and conditions will be displayed under the “Details” section in the app.
6.5 Time and method of prize determination:
– Prize determination period: From 06 February 2026 to 19 February 2026 (inclusive).
– Prizes including flight ticket vouchers, E-Vouchers, promo codes, and the Sky+ Lite package will be credited to the “My Rewards” section under the respective categories: “Vouchers”, “Flight”, and “Discounts” in the SkyJoy app.
– Prizes in the form of SkyPoint packages or the Grand Prize will be credited directly to the “Your SkyPoint” section in the SkyJoy app.
6.6 Prize notification:
– Notification timeline and method: Winning results will be displayed on the member’s mobile screen within five (05) minutes from the time the “Claim reward” action is completed.
– Members may review their prize history in the “My rewards” section of the program or in the “My rewards” section of the SkyJoy app.
7. Complaint handling:
– SkyJoy will only support the resolution of member complaints within seven (7) business days from the end date of the program.
– SkyJoy’s decisions shall be final and binding in all cases. By participating in the program, members agree to comply with the program rules and undertake not to lodge complaints or take any actions that may adversely affect SkyJoy after a final decision has been issued.
– SkyJoy reserves the right to revoke prizes or accumulated points from any member in the event of fraud, violation of the program rules, or unauthorized use of an account to participate in the program. Any revocation decision will be notified to the member via an in-app notification. Members are required to cooperate and return the prize(s) (if any) as requested by SkyJoy within the specified timeframe. SkyJoy further reserves the right to review and make the final determination in all matters relating to prize or point revocation.
