PROMOTION RULES “MATCH TO FLY – TOUCH THE SKY”

1. Program name: Match to Fly – Touch the Sky (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).

2. Effective period: From 00:00:00 on May 18 to 23:59:59 on July 18, 2026.

3. Eligibility:

– Applies to all SkyJoy members who have successfully downloaded the app and registered an account.

– By participating, members agree to allow SkyJoy to use personal information (including but not limited to phone number, Full Name, and SkyJoy ID) within the scope of the Program.

– Member account status (*): The account must not be restricted or locked.

* The Program does not apply to SkyJoy members whose accounts are in a restricted or locked status. A restricted or locked account is an account that shows signs of violation or has violated the Terms and Conditions of the SkyJoy program and/or other relevant regulations according to SkyJoy’s policies. In the event that a member’s account falls into one of the aforementioned statuses, the member will be ineligible to participate in the Program and/or will not be entitled to use the prizes received from the Program.

4. Prize structure:

– 30 Grand Prizes: Each prize includes one (01) Vietjet domestic round-trip flight ticket.

–  9,945 First Prizes: Each prize includes one (01) Gold Lite Membership pass.

– 9,989 Second Prizes: Each prize includes one (01) Vietjet promo code worth VND 50,000, applicable to flight bookings made via Vietjet’s official app or website.

– 5,365 Third Prizes: Each prize includes one (01) E-voucher from favorite brands.

– 1,658,286 Fourth Prizes: Each prize includes one SkyPoint package (2/4/8/33 points).

Notes:

For the Grand Prize, the reward is applicable to Vietjet’s regularly scheduled direct commercial flights only (excluding charter flights).

For the First Prize, the Gold Lite Membership pass is valid for 30 days from the successful activation date.

5. Detailed contents of the promotion rules:

5.1. How to join:

– To participate, members conquer challenges at each level by matching three (3) identical symbols on the SkyJoy app to receive prizes and complete missions to earn more moves.

+ Step 1: Open the SkyJoy app and register or log in to your member account.

+ Step 2: From the Home screen, tap the “Match to Fly – Touch the Sky” banner/pop-up to join the program.

+ Step 3: Use play turns (*) to complete levels (*) and stand a chance to randomly receive exciting rewards (listed and described in Section 4).

Notice:

(*) Move: The number of turns members can use to swap the positions of symbols within each level.

(**) Level: A unit representing the progression order within each city that the member is completing.

5.2. Missions to accumulate moves:

Members can accumulate moves to participate in the “Match to Fly – Touch the Sky” program by performing the following transactions and activities:

Purchase transactions:

– Purchase Vietjet flight tickets via the official Vietjet app/website (members need to fill in their SkyJoy ID in the passenger information section during the booking process)

– Purchase Gold Plus Membership passes or SkyPoint packages on the SkyJoy app

– Purchase ancillary services when flying with Vietjet on the SkyJoy app

Other activities:

– Complete the account verification process (eKYC)

– Verify email address

– Link SkyJoy and LynkiD accounts

– Convert SkyPoints into LynkiD points and vice versa

– Provide contact address when performing missions

– Successfully complete the registration form for a co-branded credit card linked with SkyJoy

– Access the “Match to Fly – Touch the Sky” program for the first time

– Access the “Match to Fly – Touch the Sky” program daily for check-in

– Earn SkyPoints from transactions using co-branded cards linked with SkyJoy (Vikki SkyJoy, VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum, etc.)

– Earn SkyPoints from booking activities with partner Vexere on the SkyJoy app

– Earn SkyPoints through spending transactions with (designated) point-earning partners of SkyJoy

– Redeem E-vouchers using SkyPoints (greater than 1 SkyPoint)

– Redeem E-vouchers using 1 SkyPoint

– Redeem flight tickets using SkyPoints

– Purchase/Redeem ancillary services

– Refer friends to register an account and download the SkyJoy app

– Share information about the “Match to Fly – Touch the Sky” program on Facebook social media

*Note:

– Earn SkyPoints with the program’s point-earning partners. The partner list is updated in the “SkyJoy’s partners” section when members access the “Earning” section on the SkyJoy app homepage. Recognized partners will be mentioned in the mission description.

– Please see the detailed Terms and Conditions for each mission in the “Specific missions” table below.

Specific missions:

Mission 1: Account verification (eKYC): Maximum frequency: Once during the program, receive 40 moves. Access the member account icon on the homepage, top left of the SkyJoy app, in the “Personal Information” page, select “Verify now” in the “Verify eKYC account now for better protection” section and complete personal information verification. Applies to members who have not performed Account Verification. In cases where the member has previously verified their account, the system will automatically record the moves.

Mission 2: Email verification: Maximum frequency: Once during the program, receive 40 moves. Access the member account icon on the homepage, top left of the SkyJoy app, click on your name, then select “Verify email” and start the verification process. Applies to members who have not performed Email Verification. In cases where the member has previously verified their email, the system will automatically record the moves.

Mission 3: Link SkyJoy and LynkiD accounts: Maximum frequency: Once during the program, receive 40 moves. Access “Services and Utilities” on the SkyJoy app homepage, select LynkiD, select “Point-swap”, and proceed to link SkyJoy account with LynkiD. Applies to members who have not performed linking. In cases where the member has previously linked, the system will automatically record the moves.

Mission 4: Provide contact address: Maximum frequency: Once during the program, receive 30 moves. When performing the mission, members need to select or enter information in the form regarding their residential address including but not limited to: 1/ Ward/Commune/Town, 2/ District/County/Township, 3/ Province/City. The mission will be considered completed after the member finishes selecting or entering information and selects confirmation of information.

Mission 5: 1st check-in: Maximum frequency: Once during the program, receive 10 SkyPoints. Members need to join the program and select “Agree to the program’s Terms and Conditions”. The mission will be considered completed after the member confirms agreement to the program’s Terms and Conditions (excluding customers who received SkyPoints after trial play and logging information on the SkyJoy website and designated partners).

Mission 6: Daily check-in: Maximum frequency: 1 times/day, receive 10 moves. Members need to enter the program via Pop-up or through the “Games” function on the SkyJoy app homepage. The mission will be considered completed when the member reaches the program’s main page. Each mission performance will be counted from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 on the same day according to Vietnam time zone (GMT+7).

Mission 7: Redeem Vietjet flight tickets: Maximum frequency: 70 times/day, receive 50 moves per successful redemption. Access “Flight redemption” on the SkyJoy app/website to proceed with redemption. Only recorded when members redeem Vietjet flight tickets using SkyPoints on the SkyJoy app/website. Moves will be credited to the account performing the redemption.

Mission 8: Purchase Vietjet flight tickets: Maximum frequency: 70 times/day, receive 50 moves per valid transaction. Members purchase Vietjet flight tickets on ticketing platforms such as the official Vietjet app/website. The SkyJoy ID must be entered into the Booking at the time of ticket booking for the system to record and credit moves to the member. Moves will be updated at 10:00:00 AM the following day. Moves will be credited to all members who entered their SkyJoy ID during the booking process.

Mission 9: Redeem E-voucher: Maximum frequency: 100 times/day, receive 30 moves per successful redemption. Access the “Redemption” section, then select “Voucher redemption” as needed and press “Redeem” to complete the redemption. The mission will be considered completed when the member successfully redeems an E-voucher with a point value over 1 SkyPoint.

Mission 10: Purchase Gold Plus Membership pass: Maximum frequency: Once during the program, receive 40 moves. From the SkyJoy app homepage, access the “Gold Plus Pass” section and complete payment for the Gold Plus Membership pass on the SkyJoy app. Only applies to SkyJoy members with a package purchase transaction.

Mission 11: Complete the registration form for card opening: VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum or HDBank Vietjet Classic on the SkyJoy app: Maximum: 2 cards during the program, receive 40 moves. From the SkyJoy app homepage, access the “JoyFin” section and proceed to fill out the card registration form on the SkyJoy app. The mission will be considered completed after the member finishes the credit card registration form for VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum or HDBank Vietjet Classic with information including but not limited to: SkyJoy ID, Full name, Phone number, Email, Card type registered, and clicks register.

Mission 12: Earn SkyPoints from Vexere: Maximum frequency: 100 times/day, receive 10 moves per valid transaction. From the SkyJoy app homepage, access the “Bus ticket booking” section and proceed to book tickets on the app. The mission will be considered completed after the member completes the trip and is credited with SkyPoints.

Mission 13: Purchase/Redeem ancillary: Maximum frequency: 70 times/day, receive 20 moves per successful purchase/redemption. From the SkyJoy app homepage, access the “Purchase/Redeem ancillary” section and proceed to purchase add-on services. The mission will be considered completed when the member pays for the service with money or redeems the service using SkyPoints. Moves will be credited to the buyer’s or redeemer’s account.

Mission 14: Refer SkyJoy to friends: Maximum frequency: 100 times/day, receive 15 moves per successful referral. Share your SkyJoy ID or referral code (in the “Refer friends” section) with friends. The member friend needs to use the referral code or referral link to register a SkyJoy account. For the referred member: Must be a new account, performing registration, downloading, and logging into the SkyJoy app for the first time on a device that has never had the app installed.

Mission 15: Purchase SkyPoint package: Maximum frequency: 50 times/day, receive 40 moves. Access the “Buy SkyPoint” section on the SkyJoy app homepage and proceed to purchase SkyPoint pagkages as needed. Moves will be calculated based on the number of SkyPoint packages the member purchases.

Mission 16: Redeem 1 SkyPoint E-voucher: Maximum frequency: Once during the program, receive 10 moves per successful redemption. Access the “Redemption” section, then select “Voucher redemption” as needed and press “Redeem” to complete the redemption. The mission is considered completed when the member redeems an E-voucher with 1 SkyPoint.

Mission 17: Earn SkyPoints from transactions with Vikki SkyJoy card: Maximum frequency: 90 times/day, receive 10 moves per successful point accumulation. Members need to transact using a card that supports Vikki SkyJoy point earning. Only recorded on each successful SkyPoint-earning transaction of the member.

Mission 18: Earn SkyPoints from transactions with VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum card: Maximum frequency: 3 times during the program, receive 30 moves per successful point accumulation from card transactions. Members need to transact using a card that supports VPBank YOJO Visa Platinum point earning. Only recorded on each successful SkyPoint-earning instance of the member.

Mission 19: Earn SkyPoints from HDBank: Maximum frequency: 60 times/day, receive 10 moves per successful point accumulation. Members need to have a point-earning transaction when using HDBank services. Only recorded on each successful SkyPoint-earning transaction of the member. Applies to: Personal loans, Savings (at counter and online), Current account (CASA), Bonds, Digital banking, Insurance, Vietjet Classic card, Petrolimex 4 in 1, Best Friend Forever, Visa Classic, Mastercard Gold.

Mission 20: Convert LynkiD points from SkyPoints and vice versa: Maximum frequency: 50 times/day, receive 10 moves per successful conversion transaction. Access “LynkiD” on the SkyJoy app, select “Convert points” and proceed with the conversion. Or access the LynkiD app, then select “Point-swap” and proceed. Note: In case LynkiD is not linked with SkyJoy, members need to link first. For converting from LynkiD to SkyPoint, a minimum of 50 SkyPoints must be converted to valid. For converting from SkyPoint to LynkiD, a minimum of 1200 LynkiD points must be converted to be valid. No accumulation if conversion is insufficient. The mission is only completed when the minimum condition is met in a single conversion.

Mission 21: Share program on Facebook: Maximum frequency: 2 times/day, receive 5 moves per successful share. Access the “Match to Fly – Touch the Sky” or “Skyjoy Rewind” program on the SkyJoy app, press the “Share” button to post information on personal Facebook.

Mission 22: Share function on Facebook: Maximum frequency: 2 times/day, receive 5 moves per successful share. Access the SkyJoy app and share the “Our 3-Year Journey with SkyJoy” feature on your personal Facebook page.

*Note:

The number of moves/SkyPoints received and the maximum number of completions for each mission will be specifically regulated at each point in time. Any changes to the mission structure (if any) will be updated and officially announced by the Organizing Committee on the SkyJoy app at least 02 days before application to ensure the best interests of members. 

a. For missions numbered: 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 9; 10; 11; 12; 13; 14; 15; 16; 17; 18; 19; 20; 21; 22

Members can receive the number of moves within 5 minutes from the time of completing the level.

b. For missions involving system or partner processing (if any):

The time to credit moves may be extended but shall not exceed 24 hours from the time the member completes the mission. 

c. For missions related to Vietjet flight bookings:

Members must enter their SkyJoy ID during the booking process on the official Vietjet app/website.

Moves will be updated at 10:00:00 AM every morning on the following day for Vietjet flight purchase missions.

The flight purchase mission will close at 23:59:59 on July 18,2026.

5.3. Regulations on evidence of winning:

– Prizes are Vietjet flight tickets: Upon winning, members will receive a notification via email within seven (07) days from the end date of the program. SkyJoy will send a winning notification email to the email address the member registered to participate in the program, while providing detailed instructions on the method and timing for prize collection. Winning members must follow the instructions and complete the prize receipt of procedures within the specified time described in detail in the email content. The time for booking and completing the flight must be finished before December 31, 2026.

– Prizes are E-vouchers, Vietjet promo codes & Gold Lite Membership passes: SkyJoy will send prize details and notifications via the SkyJoy app within 5 minutes from the time the member completes the move at each level. Members use the aforementioned prizes (E-voucher, Vietjet promo code & Gold Lite Membership pass) by accessing the “My rewards” section on the SkyJoy app homepage.

– Prizes are SkyPoints: SkyJoy will perform direct point accumulation into the member’s account within 5 minutes from the time of receiving the winning notification. Please check the “Your SkyPoint” section to verify the point accumulavion history.

5.4. Prize redemption guide:

– Vietjet domestic Vietnam round-trip flight tickets: Members will receive a Vietjet domestic round-trip flight ticket reward voucher immediately upon winning, and a notification will be sent to the member on the SkyJoy app. Members can check the details of the Vietjet domestic round-trip flight ticket reward voucher through the “Vouchers” section of the “My rewards” feature on the SkyJoy app or the “My rewards” of the “Match to Fly – Touch the Sky” program. The prize receiving process follows these steps:

+ Step 1: Program sends ticket redemption instructions: Within seven (07) days from the end of the program, winning members will receive official instructions to redeem the Vietjet domestic round-trip flight ticket reward voucher via the email registered with SkyJoy.

+ Step 2: Member confirms information and receives invitation ticket: After providing all necessary information for prize fulfillment in the form provided in the notification email, members will receive an invitation ticket no later than twenty-seven (27) days from the end date of the program (before August 15, 2026).

+ Step 3: Ticket booking: Members can contact Vietjet’s booking department according to the instructions in the email or invitation ticket to redeem the reward for a flight ticket.

– Gold Lite Membership pass: Immediately upon winning, members will receive a notification on the SkyJoy app and perform the following steps:

+ Step 1: On the SkyJoy homepage, member selects “My rewards”, then selects the “Gold Lite Membership pass” prize.

+ Step 2: Copy the displayed Activation Code.

+ Step 3: Return to the SkyJoy homepage, select the “Upgrade Package” section and press “Activate now”.

+ Step 4: Enter the copied Activation Code and select “Activate” to complete the operation.

+ Step 5: The system displays a notification confirming the successful activation of the Gold Lite Membership pass.

Note: The Gold Lite Membership pass only applies to Red and Silver members.

– Vietjet promo code: Members will receive a voucher containing a Vietjet promo code immediately upon winning; SkyJoy will send a notification to the member on the SkyJoy app. Members can check the Vietjet promo code details through the “Vouchers” section of the “My rewards” feature on the SkyJoy app or the “My rewards” of the “Match to Fly – Touch the Sky” program.

To use the promo code and enjoy discount offers when purchasing tickets on the official Vietjet app/website, members can view detailed step-by-step instructions in the Vietjet promo code voucher via the “Vouchers” section of the “My rewards” feature on the SkyJoy app.

– SkyPoint: SkyPoints will be credited directly to the member’s account immediately after winning. Once points are successfully credited, members can immediately use SkyPoints to perform redemption transactions on the SkyJoy app through the “Redemption” or “Flight redemption” features. To check SkyPoint credit transaction details on the SkyJoy app, members can access the “Notifications” feature, select “Point transactions” or via the “Earning” feature, select “History” and view details in the “Transaction history” section.

– E-voucher: Members access the “My rewards” section to view the list of received prizes. Next, members select the “Vouchers” section to view the list of unused E-vouchers.

Here, members select the winning E-voucher and present the E-voucher code according to the instructions for use. The E-voucher code is displayed in the form of a barcode for staff at the acceptance point to scan when making a payment or using the service.

The use of E-vouchers must fully comply with the terms and conditions specified and displayed with each E-voucher to ensure the E-voucher is used correctly and effectively.

Note: For prizes including Gold Lite Membership pass, Vietjet flight promo codes, and E-vouchers, the applicable terms and conditions will be displayed in the “Details” section within the app.

5.5. Time and method for determining winning:

– Time for determining winning: From May 18, 2026, to the end of July 18, 2026.

– Flight ticket vouchers, E-vouchers, promo codes, and Gold Lite Membership pass rewards will be updated in the “My rewards” section under the corresponding categories: “Vouchers”, “Flight”, and “Discounts” on the SkyJoy app.

– SkyPoint package prizes will be credited directly to the “Your SkyPoint” section on the SkyJoy app.

5.6. Winning notification:

– Time limit and method for notifying members of winning: Winning results are displayed on the phone screen within 05 (five) minutes from the time the “Receive Gift” action is performed.

– Members can review their winning history in the “My rewards” section within the program or in the “My rewards” section on the SkyJoy app.

5.7. Complaint handling:

– SkyJoy only supports resolving member complaints within 7 working days from the end date of the program.

– SkyJoy’s decision is final in all cases. Participating members commit to complying with the Program Rules and SkyJoy’s General Terms and Conditions, and shall not file complaints or adversely affect SkyJoy in any case after the final decision has been made.

– SkyJoy reserves the right to revoke prizes; accumulated points and/or lock the member’s account in case any fraudulent behavior, violation of program rules, or unauthorized use of an account to participate is detected. The revocation decision will be notified to the member via app notification. Members are responsible for cooperating and returning the prizes (if any) as requested by SkyJoy within the specified period. SkyJoy reserves the right to review and make the final decision in all cases related to the right of revocation.
