How to Use the Service and Earn SkyPoints
1️⃣ Step 1 – Access the be Booking Page
Members open the SkyJoy app and select “Earn Points” from the homepage. Under “Earn SkyPoints on Every Spend”, select “Transportation”, then select “be”.
2️⃣ Step 2 – Agree to the Terms and Conditions
On the be partner information page, members select “Book a Ride”. Members should review the data-sharing information on the “Share Information” page and select “Agree and Continue”.
3️⃣ Step 3 – Book and Use be Services
On the be booking page within the SkyJoy app, members select “Book a Ride” and choose the required service (beBike, beCar, or beTaxi). Members must enter the pick-up and drop-off locations and complete payment using one of the payment methods accepted by be at the time of booking.
4️⃣ Step 4 – Earn SkyPoints
SkyPoints will be credited to the member’s SkyJoy account within 30 days after the member has successfully completed the be transportation service.
Important Notes
– Members must agree to share their location in order to use be services.
– The phone number registered with SkyJoy must be the same phone number used to access and use be services.
Terms and Conditions
– Effective from 6 October 2026.
– The total number of SkyPoints earned from each eligible transaction will be credited to the SkyJoy account of the member who books the be service through the link provided in the SkyJoy app.
– be services booked directly through be’s platforms or other partner platforms will not be eligible for SkyPoint earning under this programme.
– SkyPoints will be credited to the member’s SkyJoy account within 30 days after the member successfully completes the be service booked through the SkyJoy app.
– The programme does not award SkyPoints for:
+ Any additional charges incurred during the transaction, including but not limited to insurance, tolls, ferry fees, parking fees, airport fees, and other similar surcharges.
+ Any portion of the be service fare paid using vouchers, coupons, promotional codes, or other discounts offered by be or its partners.
– To be eligible for SkyPoint earning, members must complete the be booking and successfully pay for the order within 1 day from the time they access the be booking page through the SkyJoy app.
– Members must not click on any other links or use other extensions outside the SkyJoy app, and must not use a VPN or ad-blocking software during the booking process.
