I. How to get the Gold Lite package for VPBank customers:

Receive one (01) “Airport Privilege when flying with Vietjet” – Gold Lite package when customers meet all of the following conditions:

– Customers are using the VPBank NEO mobile application.

– Applicable to customers selected by VPBank from time to time who receive promotional notifications via VPBank’s official communication channels, including phone calls and SMS messages sent from VPBank’s official hotline numbers.

– Customers hold at least one current account (CA) at VPBank, and all CAs have no transactions within the last 90 days at the time of successful program registration.

– The average total balance of all CAs at VPBank over the past 90 days is VND 0.

– The average total balance of all savings accounts at VPBank over the past 90 days is VND 0.

– The total outstanding loan balance at VPBank over the past 90 days is VND 0.

– Customers either: Hold a VPBank credit card (of any status) with no transactions in the past 90 days, or do not own a credit card at VPBank.

– Customers must make at least one eligible transaction valued at VND 20,000 or more via their current account or credit card during the promotion period.

II. How to activate and use the Gold Lite package:

– Step 1: Log in to the VPBank NEO app. On the main screen, go to “Rewards” (linked with the LynkiD reward system).

– Step 2: In the “Rewards” section, select “My Gifts”. You’ll find your received Promo Code and activation details for the Gold Lite package.

– Step 3: Copy the activation information for the Gold Lite package from “My Gifts”.

– Step 4: Log in to the SkyJoy app to activate your Gold Lite privileges for flights with Vietjet.

– Step 5: On the SkyJoy main screen, go to “Gold Pass”, select “Activate now,” and paste your activation code to start enjoying your Gold Lite airport privileges.

III. Terms & Conditions for the Gold Lite package:

– Each customer can only activate one Gold Lite package at a time.

– An activated Gold Lite package cannot be canceled or transferred.

– Membership tier will be upgraded immediately after the Gold Lite package is successfully activated.

– The Gold Lite package is valid for 30 days from the date of successful activation.

– A successfully activated Gold Lite package is non-refundable.

– The account registered with a Gold Lite package is non-transferable.
