Program details and eligibility:

– SkyJoy members will earn SkyPoints when flying with Vietjet on Deluxe, SkyBoss, or Business fare types. 

+ Deluxe: 300 SkyPoints per segment 

+ SkyBoss: 1,000 SkyPoints per segment 

+ Business: 1,500 SkyPoints per segment

– Booking and travel period:

+ Booking period: From 00:00 on 20 December 2025 to 23:59 on 28 February 2026

+ Travel period: On Vietjet commercial flights from 20 December 2025 to 31 December 2026 (inclusive) 

– Applicable routes: 

+ Ho Chi Minh City – Hanoi

+ Ho Chi Minh City – Da Nang

+ Hanoi – Da Nang

– Applicable sales channels: All Vietjet sales channels

– SkyPoint credit conditions: To be eligible for SkyPoint rewards, passengers must complete their flight.

+ Automatic credit: Members enter their SkyJoy ID during ticket booking (across all Vietjet sales channels),

+ Or add it before departure via the Vietjet app/website under Online Check-in or My Flights.

+ Post-flight credit request: Members may submit a request via the “Retro Claim” feature on the SkyJoy app within 90 days from the flight departure date.

– Point crediting period: Points will be automatically credited to the member’s account within 72 business hours after the member completes an eligible flight, in accordance with the Program’s terms and conditions.

– Exclusions: The promotion does not apply to tickets or cases that are ineligible for SkyPoint accrual, including but not limited to:

+ Charter flights

+ Vietjet-sponsored tickets

+ Tickets fully redeemed using SkyPoints

+ Staff duty travel tickets

+ Standard staff tickets issued to Vietjet employees

– Additional terms: There is no limit on the number of eligible flight segments. SkyPoints earned will accumulate accordingly.
