To enhance convenience, eco-friendliness, and cost-effectiveness for passengers, Vietjet has cooperated with Xanh SM Taxi to launch an exclusive “Airport Pickup Taxi” service for Vietjet’s passengers. Therefore, Vietjet SkyJoy members can conveniently add the Taxi Xanh SM service when booking Vietjet flights and earn SkyPoints to redeem for Vietjet flight tickets and vouchers from over 200 other famous brands.
Passengers can choose from 15km travel packages at airports in Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, and Da Nang, or 30km packages at airports in Hanoi, Phu Quoc, Khanh Hoa, and Quang Ninh, saving up to 20% compared to standard prices.
Eligible members for SkyPoint earning:
All Vietjet SkyJoy members fly on regular domestic and international commercial flights, operated by Vietjet, purchase and use the Airport Taxi Service provided by Taxi Xanh SM via the Vietjet website (vietjetair.com) or mobile app.

Instructions for Purchasing the Service:
Step 1: Book a flight ticket on the Vietjet Air website or app.
Step 2: Select the “Airport Pickup Taxi” service as an add-on for your flight.
Step 3: Choose an appropriate pickup package for the arrival or return trip.
Step 4: Complete the payment for the entire transaction, including the flight ticket and add-on services.
Step 5: Receive an email with your flight information and a voucher code to use the service.
Instructions for Using the Service:
Step 1: Locate the Xanh SM driver at the designated pickup points, as guided below.
Step 2: Provide the voucher code received via email to the driver to confirm a valid trip.
Step 3: Get in the taxi and start your journey.
Step 4: Finish the trip and pay any additional fees incurred (if applicable).

Terms and Conditions:
– Applicable for domestic flights operated by Vietjet through the Vietjet website or app at airports offering the service: Noi Bai (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat (HCMC), Phu Bai (Hue), Da Nang, Cam Ranh (Nha Trang), and Phu Quoc.
– Bookable up to 2 years in advance and at least 3 hours before flight time.
– Customers can add the service after completing payment for the flight booking (similar to adding luggage).
– Each customer may purchase a maximum of 3 airport pickup vouchers per successful booking.
– Service prices include VAT.
– Actual trip costs depend on the kilometers traveled, toll fees (if any), and other additional fees incurred.
– If the actual travel distance is shorter than the specified kilometers, the fee is based on the Vietjet x Xanh SM airport pickup package purchased. If the travel distance exceeds the specified kilometers, the customer will pay the driver for additional fees.
– The service is non-redeemable for cash in any situation.
– The service is valid for 7 days from the flight date.
– Cancellation/refund policy follows the same policies, terms, and conditions set by Vietjet.
