GUIDE FOR DIAMOND MEMBERS ENJOYING AIRPORT LOUNGE PRIVILEGES

Starting from December 1, 2024, to enjoy lounge privileges at domestic airports, Diamond members should follow these steps:

Step 1: Enter your SkyJoy ID when booking your ticket, or visit the Vietjet website/app, select “My Booking”, and add your SkyJoy ID to your booking code (PNR) before check-in.

Step 2: Check in at the counter, kiosk, or online.

Step 3: Present your boarding pass to the lounge staff for verification and to enjoy the privileges.

*Note: From December 1, the above process will initially be implemented at three airports: Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, and Cam Ranh. From December 4, it will be applied to all remaining airports.
