When you reach Gold or Diamond tier with SkyJoy, or hold a Gold Lite/ Diamond Lite package, you can enjoy a range of airport priority perks – making your Vietjet journey faster, smoother, and more comfortable.
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use each benefit.
1. Priority Check-in
– Proceed to the SkyBoss check-in counters at the airport
– Present your flight ticket to Vietjet staff and make sure your SkyJoy ID is entered on the ticket
– Then show your SkyJoy membership details on the SkyJoy app to the Vietjet staff
2. Priority Baggage Tag (for checked baggage)
– At check-in, Vietjet staff will attach a priority baggage tag to your luggage
– Upon arrival, your tagged baggage will be handled first and delivered earlier on the carousel
3. Priority Boarding
– At the departure gate, you can use the priority boarding lane
– In some cases, depending on operational conditions, this lane may be shared with other passengers. If so, please inform Vietjet staff at the gate to receive priority assistance.
Note: Applies at the boarding gate only (may not apply to shuttle bus boarding in some cases)
4. Airport Lounge Access (Diamond members only)
– Applies to domestic flights within Vietnam where lounge service is available
– At the lounge, present your boarding pass and SkyJoy membership details on the SkyJoy app for access
5. Important notes
– To enjoy these priority perks, please ensure that you:
+ Enter your SkyJoy ID when booking your Vietjet ticket, or add it later via “My Bookings”/ “Online Check-in” on the Vietjet website/ app before departure
+ Complete account verification (eKYC) on the SkyJoy app
– Priority benefits apply to Vietjet-operated flights (except lounge access, which applies only to eligible domestic flights within Vietnam)
