TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE SKYJOY AND LYNKID ACCOUNT LINKING POLICY

Article 1. SCOPE OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPLICABLE OBJECTS

– These terms and conditions (“Policy”) regulate the linking of customer accounts on two platforms: LynkiD Application owned, developed, and managed by LynkiD Joint Stock Company, and SkyJoy Application owned, developed, and managed by GalaxyJoy Joint Stock Company.

– This policy applies to all customers who perform or intend to perform account linking between LynkiD and SkyJoy platforms to enhance member benefits, optimize service experience, and access linked promotional programs.

– SkyPoint is the reward point unit of the SkyJoy program, which can be used in conjunction with cash as a discount method when paying for transactions directly or online for products and services from GalaxyJoy’s partner system, in accordance with GalaxyJoy’s regulations at appropriate times according to legal provisions.

– LynkiD points are an electronic record of the purchase of goods and services by customers participating in promotional programs conducted by Partners/LynkiD under the conditions and Regulations of Partners/LynkiD. Customers can use LynkiD points to exchange goods or services with merchants/sellers partnered with LynkiD.

Article 2. SKYJOY – LYNKID MEMBER ACCOUNT LINKING

– Account linking between SkyJoy and LynkiD is established voluntarily to: (a) extend benefits and the ability to access promotional programs, point redemption policies, and exclusive offers for linked account customers; (b) provide customers with a consistent, convenient, and personalized experience tailored to their service needs.

– By linking, customers agree to allow SkyJoy and LynkiD to share and process basic information including but not limited to full name, phone number, email, reward points, accumulation/spending history, membership tier data, offers (if any), and to comply with the Terms and Conditions of both parties at any given time.

– Each SkyJoy account may only be linked to one LynkiD account and vice versa. If a customer re-links an account after unlinking, they can only re-link with the same SkyJoy and LynkiD accounts previously linked and canceled.

– Conditions for account linkage eligibility:

SkyJoy Member Account:

+ Active SkyJoy account not requiring eKYC verification;

+ Never linked to another LynkiD account;

+ If previously unlinked, re-linking is only possible with the same LynkiD account previously linked.

LynkiD Member Account:

+ Active LynkiD account;

+ Never linked to another SkyJoy account;

+ If previously unlinked, re-linking is only possible with the same SkyJoy account previously linked.

– Some features or programs may be limited if specific conditions set by LynkiD or SkyJoy are not met at any time. Point exchange rates between the two platforms follow regulations announced at any time by SkyJoy and LynkiD.

Article 3. POINT SWAP BETWEEN SKYJOY AND LYNKID ACCOUNTS

– Point swap is based on the needs and wishes of members from both sides, allowing members access to more diverse rewards on both platforms.

– The point swap rate is specified and notified to program members via SkyJoy and LynkiD applications and will be updated if there are any changes.

– Conditions for members to perform point swap:

+ Completed eKYC process on the SkyJoy application;

+ Completed account linking between SkyJoy and LynkiD;

+ Have sufficient points in their account for the swapping operation.

Article 4. CONFIDENTIALITY COMMITMENT

– Data is secured according to each platform’s privacy policy and complies with applicable personal data protection laws in Vietnam. Data may be used to suggest relevant products and services related to SkyJoy and LynkiD, tailored to customer preferences and needs, in accordance with platform policies at any time.

– Fraud, misuse of the linking policy for profit, point manipulation, or harming the system will be subject to legal handling and violations procedures of each platform, including but not limited to warnings, account suspension, points or benefits revocation, and civil or criminal liability (if signs of legal violations are present).

Article 5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

– This policy is effective from the moment the customer confirms the account linking action on either platform’s interface. SkyJoy and LynkiD reserve the right to amend, supplement, or replace all or parts of this policy at their discretion, and are responsible for notifying customers through official channels.

– In all cases, customers have the right to terminate account linking if they do not agree with the amended content. Continued use of the linked account after policy updates indicates acceptance of the adjustments.
