SkyJoy would like to announce that our “Retro Claim” feature will temporarily be out of service for maintenance.
During the maintenance period, members are kindly requested to send requests for additional points to SkyJoy’s Customer Service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for processing.
Please note: SkyJoy only processes requests from the email registered in the SkyJoy account. The email should include scanned copies or photos of the following documents:
- Boarding pass
- Airline ticket
