SKYJOY 2GETHER – FLYING HIGH, SHINING BRIGHT
Duration: From May 27, 2025, to the end of June 04, 2025
Eligible participants: All SkyJoy members who have downloaded the SkyJoy app
Rules:
– SkyJoy members can join the game “SkyJoy 2Gether – Flying High, Shining Bright” on the SkyJoy app, where they overcome obstacles to collect gift boxes filled with surprising and valuable rewards along the way.
– Each day, members can earn additional game turns by logging into the SkyJoy app, accessing the game via the banner on the homepage to check in, and/or completing other tasks to receive extra turns.
– Daily game turns can be accumulated throughout the duration of the program.
How to play the game:
– Step 1: Members log in to the SkyJoy app and access the game by tapping the game banner on the app’s homepage to participate.
– Step 2: Select the first milestone of the journey and tap “Play now” to join the game.
– Step 3: In the game, control the character to fly upward while avoiding obstacles.
– Step 4: After completing a level, the player will receive a random reward corresponding to the milestone achieved and unlock the next milestone until the entire journey is completed.
Prize structure:
– 10 one-way domestic Vietjet flight tickets.
*Note: Applies to direct commercial flights operated by Vietjet.
– SkyPoint Prizes: Thousands of SkyPoint packages worth 16 points/ 22 points/ 99 points/ 222 points/ 2025 points.
– Voucher Prizes: Thousands of vouchers from popular brands.
Prize notification:
– Members who participate in the game on the SkyJoy app from May 27, 2025, to June 04, 2025, can collect gift boxes along the way to reveal their prizes.
– The SkyJoy system will randomly assign prizes to members for each gift box they collect, based on the remaining prize pool after each round.
– After completing each game round, members will be notified of any prizes won (if applicable) via a pop-up on the SkyJoy app screen and in the “Gift Basket” section.
– Members can review the prizes they have received in the “Gift Basket” section within the game screen on the SkyJoy app.
*Instructions for Claiming Rewards from System Notifications
– Members will receive a notification when awarded SkyPoint reward points. Tap on the notification to view the transaction details.
– Members will receive a notification when awarded an e-Voucher. Tap on the notification to view the e-Voucher details.
Prize distribution timing and method:
– For the Vietjet flight ticket prize: When you win, you’ll receive a notification via the app and/or SMS within 7 days after the program ends. You’ll also get a special prize notification via the email you registered with the program, along with detailed instructions on how to claim your prize. To claim, just follow the instructions and complete the necessary steps within the timeframe specified in the email.
– For the eVoucher prize: You’ll receive your eVoucher through the “My rewards” section within 5 minutes of winning on the SkyJoy app.
– For the SkyPoint prize: SkyJoy will add the points directly to your account within 5 minutes of receiving the winning notification. Please check the “Your SkyPoint” section to view your points history.

Complaint handling
– SkyJoy will only assist in resolving complaints from members within 7 working days from the end of the program.
– SkyJoy’s decision is final in all cases. Members participating in the program agree to comply with the program rules and not to complain or negatively affect SkyJoy in any way after the final decision.
– SkyJoy reserves the right to revoke prizes or accumulated points from members in the case of any fraudulent activities, violations of program rules, or unauthorized account usage. The decision to revoke will be communicated to the member via an app notification. Members are required to cooperate and return the prize (if any) as requested by SkyJoy within the prescribed timeframe. SkyJoy reserves the right to review and make the final decision in all cases related to prize revocation.
