TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE “SKYJOY PASSPORT” PROGRAM
Program duration: From August 22, 2025
Eligible participants: All SkyJoy Members who have downloaded the SkyJoy app.
Notes:
(*) Member account status: Accounts must not show any abnormal signs and must not violate SkyJoy Program’s Terms and Conditions.
(**) The program does not apply to SkyJoy Members whose accounts are under restriction. If a Member account is restricted, meaning that abnormal or fraudulent activities are suspected, the Member will not be eligible to participate in the program and/or to use any rewards received from the program.
Program rules
During the program period, starting from August 22, 2025, Members can participate in “SkyJoy Passport” on the SkyJoy app. Members need to complete the tasks specified in the program to collect stamp collections and badge collections.
How to join “SkyJoy Passport”:
Step 1: Open the SkyJoy app and log in, or download the app, register an account, and log in.
Step 2: Access the game by tapping on the “SkyJoy Passport” banner displayed on the app homepage.
Step 3: Complete the designated tasks in the program to collect stamp collections.
Stamp & badge collections
– Members can collect stamps in the following collections by completing the corresponding tasks:
– Premium Collection: Complete any stamp collection in the “Premium” category to receive the corresponding Premium Stamp.
– Sky Mastery Collection: Based on the number of flights completed since the start of the program.
– Flight Time Mastery Collection: Based on the total number of flight hours accumulated since the start of the program.
– Globe-Trotter Collection: Based on the number of different destinations visited since the start of the program.
– Discovery Journal Collection: Based on milestones in the Member’s journey and achievements.
– “Achievement” Badge Collection
– “Weekly Leaderboard” and “Monthly Leaderboard” Badge Collections

Premium Collection:
– Sky Mastery: Complete the “Sky Mastery” Collection
– Flight Time Mastery: Complete the “Flight Time Mastery” Collection
– Globe-Trotter: Complete the “Globe-trotter” Collection
– Discovery Journal: Complete the “Discovery Journal” Collection
Style Mastery Collection:
– Rookie Take-off: Complete the first point-earning flight
– Touch the Sky: Reach 3 point-earning flights
– Frequent Flyer: Reach 5 point-earning flights
– Sky Loyalty Member: Reach 7 point-earning flights
– Elite Air Traveler: Reach 10 point-earning flights
– Flight Buddy: Reach 15 point-earning flights
– Wingman Forever: Reach 20 point-earning flights
– Frequent Flyer Hero: Reach 25 point-earning flights
– Captain of the Skies: Reach 30 or more point-earning flights
Flight Time Mastery Collection:
– Golden Hours Rookie: Reach 10 flight hours
– Solid Flight Hours: Reach 100 flight hours
– Conqueror of Flight Hours: Reach 300 flight hours
– Endurance Flight Hours: Reach 500 flight hours
– Speed Flight Hours: Reach 700 flight hours
– Elite Flight Hours: Reach 900 flight hours
– Thousand-Mile Flight Hours: Reach 1000 flight hours
– Legendary Flight Hours: Reach 1500 flight hours
– Endless Flight Hours: Reach 2000 flight hours or more
Globe-Trotter Collection:
– First Footprint: Fly to 1 new destination
– Chill Hopper: Reach 3 different destinations
– Check-in Pro: Reach 5 different destinations
– Discovery Buff: Reach 7 different destinations
– Everywhere Explorer: Reach 10 different destinations
– Free-Spirit Flyer: Reach 15 different destinations
– Citizen of the Skies: Reach 17 different destinations
– Vietjet SkyJoy Voyager: Reach 20 different destinations
– Master Explorer: Reach 25 or more different destinations
Discovery Journal Collection:
– Golden Identity: Complete all profile information (full name, date of birth, gender, email) and verify account (eKYC)
– Journey Marker: When the Member completes any achievement in the system (e.g.: first ticket booking, reward redemption, continuous logins…), this task is marked complete
– SkyBoss of the Week: Rank #1 on the weekly leaderboard once
– SkyBoss of the Month: Rank #1 on the monthly leaderboard once
Achievement Badge Collection tasks:
– Vietjet SkyJoy Flight Trio: Earn points from 3 Vietjet flights since the start of the program
– Spotlight Redeemer: Redeem vouchers from at least 3 different SkyJoy partners using SkyPoints
– First-Time Earner: Accumulate SkyPoints by spending at any SkyJoy partner at least 5 times since the start of the program
– Secure Start: Complete all profile information (full name, date of birth, gender, email) and verify account (eKYC)
– Referral Captain: Invite a friend to register successfully via the Member’s referral code
– Mini Game Champ: Join at least 3 SkyJoy mini-games after activating the Passport
– Tier Up: Upgrade at least 1 tier compared to the starting membership tier at the time of Passport activation
Weekly Leaderboard Badge Collection tasks:
Members need to collect stamps between 00:00 Monday and 23:59 Sunday weekly. Badges will be awarded to the Top 10 users on the Weekly Leaderboard.
Monthly Leaderboard Badge Collection tasks:
Members need to collect stamps between 00:00 on the 1st day and 23:59 on the last day of each month. Badges will be awarded to the Top 10 users on the Monthly Leaderboard.
Proof of task completion
– Task completion for stamp collection will be determined based on system data recorded by SkyJoy and Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company.
– SkyJoy reserves the right to verify the validity of the following data:
+ Number of flights, flight hours, and destinations.
+ App interactions and official SkyJoy Facebook page activities (e.g.: logins, mini-game participation, reward redemption…).
– Any disputes (if any) will be resolved based on SkyJoy system’s final recorded data. SkyJoy’s decision is final.
Confirmation of Stamp Collection
– Effective Date: From August 22, 2025. Task completion and stamp confirmation will be displayed on the Member’s mobile screen within 24 hours after successful task completion.
– Leaderboard ranking is determined based on the time when stamps are issued, not the time when the data was generated.
– Stamps and badges will be displayed in the Member’s “SkyJoy Passport” section of the app after successful completion.
– Members can check their stamp and badge collections in the “SkyJoy Passport” section on the SkyJoy app.
Complaints handling
– SkyJoy’s decision is final in all cases. By participating, Members agree to comply with the Program Rules, and will not lodge complaints or cause adverse effects to SkyJoy after a final decision is made.
– SkyJoy reserves the right to revoke stamps and badges in cases of fraud, violation of program rules, or unauthorized account use. Revocation decisions will be notified via the app. Members must cooperate and return rewards (if any) upon SkyJoy’s request within the specified time. SkyJoy reserves the right to review and make the final decision in all matters related to revocation rights.
