? How can I change my personal information (name, date of birth, gender, etc.) as a SkyJoy member? 

➤ To ensure your member data is complete and accurate, you won’t be able to change or update your personal information directly through the SkyJoy app or website. After signing up, you’ll need to verify your account (eKYC), which allows the system to automatically update your details based on the ID documents you provided. If you run into any issues or need further assistance, just reach out to the SkyJoy hotline at 1900 638 380 or email care@skyjoy.vn for help! 

? Why didn’t my “Retro claim” request work? 

➤ When sending a “Retro claim” request in the SkyJoy app, the system will only display flight details for your request if: (1) the personal information on your flight ticket exactly matches your member profile; (2) the booking code (PNR) wasn’t linked to your SkyJoy ID before the flight. 

If your booking code (PNR) was linked to your SkyJoy ID before the flight (you can check this in the “My Booking” section on the Vietjet website), your SkyPoint might have been automatically added within 24 hours after you completed the flight. To check, open the SkyJoy app, go to the homepage, select “Earning,” and then “History.” 

If more than 24 hours have passed since your flight and your points still haven’t been added, or if you’re unable to request “Retro claim” for other reasons, you can contact our hotline at 1900 638 380 or email care@skyjoy.vn for support! 

? What should I do if I didn’t receive SkyPoint after my flight? 

➤ If you entered your SkyJoy ID before the flight, open the SkyJoy app, select “Earning,” and then “History” to check. Your SkyPoint may have been automatically added within 24 hours after you completed your flight (or slightly longer if there were data issues). 

If you didn’t enter your SkyJoy ID before the flight, you can submit a “Retro claim” request through the SkyJoy app or email care@skyjoy.vn for our customer service team to check and assist!
