Eligible participants: All customers meeting the following conditions:

– Aged 15 and above, who successfully book and purchase Vietjet flight tickets between 00h00 on May 10, 2024, and 23h59 on August 7, 2024 (GMT+7).

– Holders of an active SkyJoy account, not listed in the restricted, suspended, or closed accounts as per the SkyJoy frequent flyer program regulations.

– Not applicable to passengers paying for flight tickets with cash/reserve account or gift reward tickets redeemed from SkyPoint.

– Excluding tickets for Vietjet internal staff.

Participation method

“Lucky Spin”

Within 30 days of successfully purchasing flight tickets, customers will receive a “Spin” to participate in the “Lucky Spin” game. Here’s how to join:

Step 1: Visit one of our platforms: vietjetair.com website/ Vietjet Air app/ SkyJoy app, and click on the game banner on the homepage.

Step 2: Click on “Lucky Spin” to enter the main interface of the game.

Step 3: Select “Input codes for more spins,” enter your booking code (PNR), and then click “Confirm”.

Step 4: After receiving your spin, press the “Spin” button to play and win prizes.

Step 5: Check prize information in the “My rewards” section on the main interface or in the “My rewards” section in the SkyJoy app.

“Monthly Lottery”

Within 30 days of successfully purchasing flight tickets, customers will receive a “Lucky number” to participate in the “Monthly lottery” program. Here’s how to join:

Step 1: Visit one of our platforms: vietjetair.com website/Vietjet Air app/SkyJoy app and click on the game banner on the homepage.

Step 2: Click on “Monthly Lottery” to enter the main program interface.

Step 3: Select “Input code,” enter your booking code (PNR), and then click “Confirm”.

Step 4: You’ll receive the “Lucky number” along with information about the latest “Monthly Lottery” session time and channel.

Step 5: Tune in to the live “Lucky number” session and follow the prize-winning list on the main program interface.

Note:

– The participant’s details must match the booking code (PNR) and SkyJoy Member information.

– Each flight segment in the PNR corresponds to 01 “Spin” in the “Lucky Spin” and 01 “Lucky Number” in the “Monthly Lottery” games. For round-trip tickets, 02 “Spins” and 02 “Lucky Numbers” are received.

– Players only need to enter the booking code (PNR) once in the “Lucky Spin” or “Monthly Lottery” game, and they will automatically receive “Spins”/ “Lucky numbers” for the remaining games/programs.

– In case multiple customers share the same booking code (PNR) and are also SkyJoy Members simultaneously, each customer will receive their own “Spins”.

– Applies to booking codes (PNR) that have been successfully paid for between May 10, 2024, and August 7, 2024. For cases of ticket purchases near the end of the program, the participation code entry time should not be later than 23:59 on August 8, 2024.
