RETRO CLAIM POLICY FOR SKYPOINT ACCUMULATION AT FURAMA RESORT & VILLAS DA NANG

If a SkyJoy member did not provide their SkyJoy ID when booking or during their stay at Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang, they may still submit a retro claim request to earn SkyPoints for eligible accommodation-related products and services.

Retro claim period:

– From 24 hours after check-out

– Within 90 days of the check-out date or service usage date at Furama

Required information:

To help process your retro claim as quickly as possible, please ensure you provide the following details to Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang:

– Full name of the SkyJoy member

– SkyJoy ID

– Phone number linked to the SkyJoy account

– Booking confirmation code

– Photos/details of the accommodation invoice and/or receipts for used services/products at Furama (if available)

Processing time:

SkyPoints will be credited to the member’s Furama Loyalty account by SkyJoy within 48 working hours after the member has provided all required information for the retro claim to Furama Resort & Villas Da Nang and the claim has been verified as eligible.
